life events and affect their work and study Efficiency,this kind of anxiety is state anxiety,and the memory that contains these emotions is emotional memory.Directed forgetting is also called intentional forgetting,which refers to active and directional forgetting according to the will of the individual.Directed forgetting effect refers to the decline in memory performance caused by the subjects performing cognitive processing tasks on designated materials under the indicators of remembering and forgetting.,it can be said that a directed forgetting effect is produced,and directed forgetting plays an important role in our understanding of human memory and forgetting.Existing studies have shown that individuals with state anxiety may have attention bias and memory bias to negative stimuli,and different emotional stimuli also have different effects on individual memory and forgetting,so the directional forgetting effect of state anxiety on emotional memory Whether it exists,and how it affects the directed forgetting effect is worth exploring.In order to explore the influence of state anxiety on directed forgetting of emotional memory,this study recruited 48 subjects from Yulin Vocational and Technical College,all of whom were between 16 and 18 years old.The experiment mainly includes two parts: Experiment 1 used word materials,using 2(groups:normal group,state anxiety group)× 2(indicators: remember,forget)× 2(word types:positive words,negative words)mixed experimental design,in which the group is the variable between subjects,the word type and indicator are the variables within the subject,and the dependent variable is the recognition accuracy rate,to explore the influence of state anxiety on the directed forgetting of emotional words;Experiment 2uses The picture materials were used,and a mixed experimental design of 2(group:normal group,state anxiety group)× 2(indicator: remember,forget)× 2(type of picture: positive picture,negative picture)was used,in which group is the between-subject variable,the picture type and indicator are the within-subject variables,and the dependent variable is the recognition rate.The influence of state anxiety on emotional picture-oriented forgetting is explored.This study uses methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey and experiment,and uses descriptive statistics analysis,t-test analysis,repeated measures analysis of variance and other means to conduct research.The experiment was carried out in the project method paradigm of directed forgetting,and the experimental materials included words,pictures,video materials,etc.,in order to explore the influence of state anxiety on the directed forgetting effect of emotional memory.The following research results were obtained through experiments:experiment one:(1)Under the experimental conditions of emotional words as materials,the main effect of word type is not significant,the main effect of group is not significant,the interaction of word type*group is not significant,the interaction of indicator type*group is not significant,and the interaction of word type * indicates that the type interaction is not significant(p>0.05).(2)The main effect of instruction type is significant(p<0.05).Under the condition of different instruction types,there are significant differences in the re-recognition accuracy of vocabulary materials,and the scores of the participants under the "remember" indicator are significantly higher Points under the "forget" indicator.(3)The interaction between word type*indication type*group is significant(p<0.05).The simple effect analysis of the three showed that the subjects in the state anxiety group showed that the recognition rate of the TBR item was significantly higher than that of the TBF item in the case of positive and negative word types,that is,the positive and negative word types When used as experimental materials,there was a significant directional forgetting effect;under the condition of positive emotional words,the correct rate of TBR items was significantly higher than that of TBF items in the normal group,and the correct rate of TBR and TBF items under the condition of negative emotional words The difference in recognition accuracy was not significant,that is to say,the subjects in the normal group had a significant directed forgetting effect under the condition of positive emotional words,but there was no significant directed forgetting effect under the condition of negative words.The overall memory of word materials in the state anxiety group was significantly better than that in the normal group.Experiment two:(1)The picture type*group interaction effect is not significant,and the indicator type*group interaction effect is not significant(p>0.05).(2)The main effect of picture type is significant(p<0.05),and there is a significant difference in the recognition rate between positive pictures and negative pictures,and the recognition rate of negative pictures is significantly higher than that of positive pictures.(3)The main effect of indicator type is significant(p<0.05).There is a significant difference in the recognition rate of the subjects under the condition of remembering and forgetting the indicator.The recognition rate of the TBR item is significantly higher than that of the TBF item,and therefore A significant directed forgetting effect emerged.(4)The group main effect was marginally significant(p=0.081),and the recognition rate of the subjects in the state anxiety group was significantly higher than that in the normal group.(5)The picture type * indicator type interaction has a significant edge(p=0.083).A simple effect analysis of the above two dependent variables found that there is a significant difference in the recognition accuracy of the two indicators in the case of a positive picture(p <0.05),that is,the subjects had a significant directional forgetting effect on the positive pictures,but in the case of the negative pictures,there was no significant difference in the recognition accuracy of the two indicators,which indicated that the subjects had no significant effect on the negative pictures.Significant directed forgetting effect.For the TBR item,there was no significant difference in the recognition accuracy of different types of emotional pictures;but for the TBF item,there was a significant difference in the recognition accuracy of the positive and negative images(p<0.05).(6)The picture type * indicator type * group interaction is significant(p=0.060).Simple effect analysis on the three shows that the re-identification of the TBR items and TBF items of the two groups of subjects is correct for the positive pictures.However,there was no significant difference in the scores of TBR items between the two groups for negative pictures,but there was a significant difference in the scores of TBF between the normal group and the state anxiety group(p<0.05),and the scores of the state anxiety group significantly higher than the normal group.In addition,there was a significant difference in the recognition accuracy of positive and negative pictures in the state anxiety group,and the correct rate of negative pictures was significantly higher than that of positive pictures,that is,the directed forgetting effect of the negative pictures in the state anxiety group Insignificant,unable to effectively forget negative pictures.The following conclusions were drawn from the experiments:(1)The selected video material can effectively induce the state anxiety of the experimental subjects.(2)Under the experimental conditions of emotional words as materials,the subjects of state anxiety group can produce directed forgetting effect,while the directed forgetting effect of negative words disappears for the subjects of normal group.(3)Under the experimental conditions of emotional pictures as materials,the directed forgetting effect of the normal group subjects disappeared,while the directed forgetting effect of the state anxiety group subjects on the negative emotional pictures disappeared.(4)State anxiety will interfere with directed forgetting,which may weaken the directed forgetting effect to a certain extent.(5)For verbal materials,it is more difficult for normal individuals to forget negative emotional memories;for picture materials,it is more difficult for state anxiety individuals to forget negative emotional memories. |
