Musical Analysis And Singing Research Of The Excerpt "With A Passion" From Gluck's Opera "Paride And Elena

The opera "Paride and Helene",written by the German composer Gluck,mainly tells the ups and downs of the love story between Paride and Helene.The opera is divided into four acts:the first act of "meditation",the second act of "eager yearning",the third act of "Sweet sadness" and the fourth act of "determination of pain"."I am full of enthusiasm" appeared in the first act of the opera,which vividly shows the characters who dare to love,dare to hate,contribute to love,and dare to pursue freedom,which has been publicized by later generations.This paper mainly analyzes and studies the content of the opera "Paride and Helene",the music analysis of "I am full of enthusiasm" and the singing research of "I am full of enthusiasm".The first chapter is an overview of Gluck’s opera "Paride and Helene",which mainly introduces the author,the creative background and the excerpt "I am full of enthusiasm." The second chapter is the music analysis of "I am full of enthusiasm",respectively from the music form structure of the song and then from the piano accompaniment analysis,finally to the music terminology concrete analysis.The third chapter is the research on the singing of the song,which is analyzed from the singing style of the tenor and baritone,my concept of the artist’s singing style,the singing difficulties and singing practice of the works.finally,the author summarizes the singing understanding of the work and the expression of emotion in the singing process.The author also hopes that this paper can not only improve their comprehensive theoretical literacy and singing skills,but also provide singing reference for the latter.
