Manas,Jangar and Gesar,also known as the three major heroic epics of China,were originally produced in the upper reaches of the Yenisei River,the Tianshan Mountains and the Pamir Plateau,and are widely distributed in areas inhabited by the Kirgiz ethnic groups at home and abroad.It is not only an "encyclopedia of the ancient life of the Kirgiz",but also an impressive heroic epic and a precious literary masterpiece,with extremely high artistic attainments.The study of the epic of Manas began in the mid-19 th century.After hundreds of years of development,it has developed into an independent subject in the field of international humanities.After entering the 21 st century,the tradition of epic narration in some areas has gradually declined and even disappeared in some areas.When the "word-to-mouth" is no longer great,is epic poem bound to face the fate of extinction?In order to answer this question,on the basis of reading and sorting out the literature,from the perspective of "oral",re-examine the "secondary oral culture" of the epic "Manas",and use the literature research,comparative research and other research methods diachronic analysis of the "Manas" epic living state continuation,brief analysis of the epic inheritance and research of the new dynamics.The study found that the dissemination of the epic has experienced oral,written,electronic,network and other stages of communication,and each stage has a natural close relationship with the initial oral form,and the subsequent emergence of each form of communication is the "secondary oral culture" of the epic Manas under the media environment at that time.The study points out that in the era of media convergence,the epic Manas has built a multi-symbiotic story world among word of mouth,text,animation,radio,TV series,stage play,online game,film and other media.It is necessary to adhere to the "living" as the core concept of epic protection,and deeply grasp the dissemination law of the epic under different media to help the epic keep pace with The Times of vitality and vitality.In short,the thesis takes the "vitalization" of Manas as the core issue,discusses the "extinction" and "remodeling" of "vitalization" with the change of media,in order to better think about the modernity inheritance of the epic.The research content of this thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is the description of the preliminary research work,including the research background,research status,research problems,research methods,research innovation and difficulties,etc.This part is the basic basis of this research,which proves the necessity and feasibility of this research.The second part is the body part of the study,including four chapters: the first chapter is a brief introduction to the basic elements of the epic Manas.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the living characteristics of the epic Manas in the oral communication period.Around the center of "oral nature",this paper sums up the internal factors of the reason why Manas is called "oral living epic",thus leads to the proposition of "remolding of living epic".The third chapter reflects on the question of "whether the epic of Manas can preserve the living factors in the period of printing media".Firstly,it reviews and sorts out the spread scope and main different versions of the epic of Manas.This part involves the collection,arrangement and translation of the epic.Secondly,selectively select the "text" draft of the epic,and compare the living state of the epic in the written form and way of existence;The fourth chapter analyzes the state of epic communication under digital media,especially in the era of media convergence.The epic of Manas has jointly constructed a multi-symbiotic story world among various media,such as word of mouth,text,animation,radio,TV series,stage play,online game and film,and the remodeling of epic vitality under the environment of digital media has become the main content of the study.The third part is the end of the thesis,starting from the concrete measures to the future of the "Manas" epic inheritance and protection thinking and prospect.
