The Reflection Of Insect Habits In The Paintings Of Grass And Insects In Song Dynasty

The grass insect theme painting in the Song Dynasty flourished and developed,and its realism reached a certain peak.Song Dynasty painters not only pursue the accuracy of insect structure,but also observe the habits of insect life in detail.This study focuses on the insects in the paintings of grass insects in the Song Dynasty,and takes the basic habits of insects,such as the seasonality of activities,feeding and camouflage,etc.As a clue,relying on the Song people ’s emphasis on sketching,the authenticity of the insect habits reflected in the paintings is analyzed.This paper attempts to analyze the authenticity of insect habits in the paintings of grass insects in the Song Dynasty.Through the analysis of a large number of paintings,it explores the subtlety of sketch creation in the Song Dynasty.
