of years of development during the Qing Dynasty and rapidly declined and abolished during this period.Its significant changes in development are worth pondering.This article uses literature research,historical research,comparative research methods,and other methods to study the martial arts examination system of the Qing Dynasty as the research object.It analyzes the performance,reasons,and impact on martial arts during the manufacturing and decay periods of the Qing Dynasty’s martial arts examination system,explores the inspiration for the selection and cultivation of contemporary martial arts talents,and concludes that:1.Against the backdrop of internal and external troubles in the early Qing Dynasty,the ruling class implemented the martial arts examination system in order to consolidate imperial power and improved it.This was mainly reflected in the more standardized examination process,which was divided into four levels: the martial arts
