Research On The Development Of Xinjiang Bohu Reed Painting

Bohu reed painting is a kind of clip art which is made with reeds from Bosten Lake in Xinjiang,and it is one of the representative local cultural tourism products.These handicrafts are widely decorated in cultural places of Bayingol Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture to show the unique natural,cultural landscape in Xinjiang.This craft developed from the reed weaving technique,It has fresh,simple,kind and natural quality,exquisite and meticulous workmanship,and strong folk characteristics and local style,All of these demonstrate its connotation of regional culture.Bohu reed painting based on tradition and used the new technology and equipment,to innovate its production process and develop new products,it will be going to complete the industrialization transformation and realize the modern value of folk crafts.The essay rely on a large amount of data by the method of literature review and field research,analyse Bohu reed painting with theoretical knowledge of Fine Arts,Design Arts,Folklore,Cultural Heritage and so on,to understand its production process,theme and aesthetic characteristics deeply,comprehensively consider the shape,function and marketing mode of its existing products.It will be inquiring into the inheritance and development mode of Bohu reed painting under the principle of "protection first and reasonable development",drawing on successful cases to highlight the regional characteristics,ethnic customs and artistic style of these products,digging the value of its brand image,With the goal of process protection,development and utilization,make full use of the resource efficiency of folk art,turn the sustainable development of traditional crafts into reality.Based on the above,the thesis consists of five sections:part one,look through the history of reed painting in representative regions in China,look at the regional characteristics from their excellent works.Part two,elaborating the craft and aesthetic characteristics of reed painting,particularly that in Bohu,Xinjiang.Part three,described the most common expression techniques and themes of Bohu reed painting respectively,then discussed their relationship.Part four,studied on development of handicraft Industry of Bohu reed painting,investigated the implementation of its inheritance and promotion.Part five,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of reed painting industry,made suggestions for perfecting the modernization development of Bohu reed painting.The study of Bohu reed painting will provide reference cases for the development of folk craft and cultural tourism products in Xinjiang.On the basis of deeply exploring the regional characteristics and inheriting the skills of reed painting,explore an effective path to achieve the digital development and modernization transformation of traditional crafts,and help Bohu reed painting achieve sustainable development.folk arts are the wisdom that had been tempered and passed down from generation to generation,they are always embodying Chinese national spirit,connecting people’s emotions and making the public ardently love the culture and scenery of their towns.We should combine scientific and technological strength to promote the growing of traditional craft,it will be significant to push on communication,inheritance and development of the excellent Chinese traditional culture.
