Research On Legal Issues Of Environmental And Resource Protection In Qing Dynasty

The protection of environmental resources has always been the focus of human attention,and the emergence and gradual improvement of the law has played a key role.In recent years,as environmental problems have intensified,the quest for a legal system has grown stronger.Qing Dynasty is the last dynasty in ancient times of our country,this historical period was relatively close to modern times,and the change of environmental resources has certain influence on our modern environment resources.The relevant laws of environmental and resource protection in the Qing Dynasty have gone through the test of time,and still have some modern enlightenment significance,which is worth further study.The purpose of this paper is to explore the modern enlightenment brought by the research on the legal issues related to environmental resources protection in the Qing Dynasty,and provide experience and reference for the improvement of the modern legal system of environmental resources protection.Using literature research method,comparative research method and other research methods,this paper systematically combs and analyzes the laws related to environmental resources protection in the Qing Dynasty.In addition to sorting out the legal measures of environmental protection in the formal laws,this paper also studies the village rules and regulations related to environmental protection in the Qing Dynasty,from which it can find the experience worth learning.This paper makes a comparative study of the Qing Dynasty environmental and resource protection laws and modern environmental and resource protection laws to find its modern enlightenment.Through the analysis of the laws related to environmental resources protection in the Qing Dynasty,it is not difficult to find that its legal system is advanced in thought and rich in legal provisions,which can be used as one of the experiences of perfecting our modern environmental resources protection legal system.At the same time,we also found some problems existing in the modern legal system of environmental and resource protection,such as inadequate legal system and problems in law enforcement practices.In view of these problems,we should further improve the modern legal system and improve the law enforcement effect,so as to promote the protection of environmental resources in our country.Through the research of the Qing Dynasty environmental resources protection laws,it is found that they can provide a powerful reference and guidance for the improvement of modern environmental resources protection laws.But at the same time,there are still deficiencies in the modern legal system of environmental and resource protection,which needs to be further improved.In the future,we should constantly explore and innovate,improve the modern legal system,and promote the steady development of environmental resources protection.
