The Study On China’s Humanistic Diplomacy In The New Era

In the new era,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,under the scientific guidance of Xi Jinping’s diplomatic thought,has united and led the Chinese people to deliver a wonderful answer sheet of great power diplomacy in the treacherous international situation.The comprehensive promotion of great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics is an inevitable requirement for the development of the Party and the country in the new era.Great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics serves the historical mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and promotes the international order in a more just and reasonable direction with peace and development as the main theme.Humanities diplomacy is an important part of great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics and an original concept of Chinese diplomacy which,together with political diplomacy and economic diplomacy,is known as the "troika" of Chinese diplomacy.Humanities diplomacy in the new era is the embodiment of the contemporary practice of great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics,and the milestones achieved are sufficient to prove the strong practicality of the concept great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics and provide a new path for the balanced development of China’s soft and hard power.This study aims to examine China’s humanistic diplomacy practice in the new era,sort out its successful cases and summarize its basic experiences,explore its contemporary values and look forward to its development.In the context of the new era,this study takes the 18 th Party Congress as the time point and analyzes and studies China’s humanistic diplomacy practice in the new era through documentary analysis and empirical research.Humanistic diplomacy is not only limited to cultural dialogue,but also aims at a longer-term diplomatic strategy,providing a new way to connect the hearts and minds of the Chinese people with those of the world,deepening the understanding and communication between the Chinese government and other governments,and enhancing the positive interaction of diplomatic initiatives.The article consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction,which outlines the background and significance of the selected topic,the current status of domestic and international research,the research ideas and methods,and innovation and limitations of research.The second part is a relevant overview of China’s humanistic diplomacy practice in the new era.Firstly,it defines the concept of humanistic diplomacy and analyzes its main features;secondly,it organizes and summarizes the background of its emergence,discusses the theoretical basis of Chinese humanistic diplomacy practice in the new era.The third part introduces the successful cases of Chinese humanistic diplomacy practice in new era and summarizes its basic experiences.The fourth part explores the contemporary value and development prospects of Chinese humanistic diplomatic practice in the new era.This study is innovative in its perspective,focusing on the fruitful achievements of the practice of humanities diplomacy in the new era and exploring its theoretical and practical values.Theoretically,the study of Chinese humanistic diplomacy practice in the new era can help construct and improve the theory of humanistic diplomacy with Chinese characteristics,which will provide some reference for other studies on humanistic diplomacy;practically,China’s humanistic diplomacy practice in the new era provides a guide for building a new type of international relations,creates a favorable external environment for realizing the Chinese dream,and contributes Chinese power to promote world peace and development.
