| Test anxiety is a complex and persistent psychological phenomenon which is caused by examination and characterized by tension and worry.If the degree of exam anxiety is serious,it will have a greater impact on students’ academic performance and mental health.Therefore,the prevention and intervention of students’ test anxiety has theoretical significance and practical value.In this study,220 students(110 in grade 5 and 110 in grade 8)were surveyed by test anxiety questionnaire.220 parents(110 parents of Grade 5 students and 110 parents of Grade 8 students)were tested by self-designed home-school collaborative questionnaire(parent paper).66 teachers(all teachers in Grade 5 and grade 8)were tested by self-designed home-school collaborative questionnaire(teacher volume).According to the results of test anxiety,106 students(62 in grade 5 and 44 in grade 8)with mild test anxiety(TAS < 12)were selected for the prevention experiment.The prevention program was designed based on cognitive reassessment strategy,and lasted for 2 months,including 8 school mental health education courses and 8 afterschool assignments to consolidate cognitive reassessment under the guidance of parents.114 students(48 in grade 5 and 66 in grade 8)with moderate and severe test anxiety(TAS≥12)were selected for intervention experiment.The intervention program was based on rational emotive therapy and relaxation training for 2 months,including 8 school group counseling activities,8 parent tasks,parent seminars and theme lectures.The test anxiety questionnaire and home-school collaborative questionnaire(parent paper)were tested again for students and their parents,and SPSS26.0 was used to analyze and process the pre and post test data.The results are as follows.In the prevention experiment,the post-test anxiety level of the fifth and eighth grade prevention experimental group was significantly lower than that of the pre-test test anxiety level;There was no significant difference in the test before and after the control group,and the test anxiety level of the test group was significantly lower than the control group.The coordination level of post-test was significantly higher than that of pre-test in the prevention group.There was no significant difference in the level of home-school coordination in the prevention control group.It shows that the prevention experiment of test anxiety is effective.In the intervention experiment,the test anxiety level of the fifth and eighth grade intervention groups was significantly lower than that of the pre-test test anxiety level;The test anxiety level of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The coordination level of post-tester was significantly higher than that of pre-tester in the intervention group.There was no significant difference in the level of home-school coordination in the intervention control group.It shows that the test anxiety intervention experiment is effective.In order to better prevent and intervene in the examination anxiety of primary and middle school students,the author tries to construct the operation mechanism of co-prevention and intervention of the examination anxiety of primary and middle school students.First,the school should establish the support system,organize professional teachers,and play a leading role in forming the collaborative mechanism.Secondly,teachers should pay attention to test anxiety,establish a screening mechanism,organize regular parent-teacher meetings and keynote lectures,and pay special attention to problem students.Finally,parents should enhance the sense of cooperation,regular communication with teachers,learning educational experience,active participation in activities,play an important role as parents. |
