With the development of electronic technology and the increasingly rich practice of political communication,political films have become one of the important vehicles of political communication,and play an important role in displaying achievements,disseminating views,guiding public opinion,and constructing identity.Especially after entering the new era,with the vigorous development and extensive application of new media technology,the creation and dissemination of political opinion films have presented a prosperous scene,and their content covers various themes and forms are richer.In February 2021,Comrade Xi Jinping announced that "China’s poverty alleviation battle has achieved a comprehensive victory",marking the end of this nearly eight-year battle and the transformation to rural revitalization and revitalization.The research object selected in this paper,"Getting Out of Poverty",focuses on the theme of poverty alleviation,telling the relevant guidelines and policies in the battle against poverty and the stories of various characters who have worked hard for this battle.This paper adopts the literature research method,content analysis method and case study method,takes the political commentary film as a case,and comprehensively analyzes it on this basis,and strives to achieve the mutual observation of "point" and "surface",that is,the combination of individual and general analysis,and specifically study the construction of political identity in political commentary films in the new era.In the classic Hovland theory of persuasion communication,four variables affecting the communication effect,such as the communicator,the communication content,the communication object and the persuasion context,are covered.Based on the systematic combing of relevant literature,the definition of core concepts and the elaboration of relevant theoretical issues,this paper subdivides the composition of political identity into political identity subjects,political identity objects,political identity rings and political identity objects,and builds a corresponding analysis framework.Based on the theory of persuasion communication,this study focuses on the political commentary film "Getting Out of Poverty",focuses on the analysis of the construction of political identity in the content of the political film,and obtains some meaningful findings: at the level of communicators,the film is dominated by authoritative state organs,and is composed of other diversified communication subjects;At the level of communication content,the political identity object of the new era is taken as the clue,and the political identity is constructed through the relevant value concepts,structural elements,governance performance and other elements in the film;At the level of communication objects,the audience has diverse and distinct characteristics.On this basis,this study comprehensively uses theories such as political science and communication studies to dialectically analyze the active exploration and existence shortcomings of mainstream media in the construction of political identity through political films in the new era,and carry out an attribution analysis of the shortcomings of political films in the process of political identity construction in the new historical context.Finally,in view of reality,combined with persuasion communication theory,this paper puts forward certain pertinent,operational and feasible suggestions on the construction of political identity in political films from the three dimensions of communication subject,content and object.
