| In recent years,the anxiety of young people across the country has become more and more serious,becoming the focus of attention of the community.Adolescent anxiety is not only a psychological problem,but also closely related to parental rearing behavior,adolescent quality of hope and other factors.Many related researches on adolescent anxiety show that the experience of peer aggression has great harm,which may lead to the occurrence of anxiety disorder of the victims,moreover,the mental and physical health of adolescents who are victimized by their peers will also be greatly endangered,but the specific psychological mechanism of peer victimization affecting adolescents’ anxiety needs to be further explored.Previous studies have shown that adolescent hope has a positive effect on adolescents’ emotions,and different parenting behaviors can also affect the variation of adolescents’ emotions,which can be taken as the main protective factor for adolescents to resist stress.Based on the existing literature research,this study will use the questionnaire survey and High Hope Group counseling intervention unified related research and Intervention Research Strategy,to explore the relationship between adolescent anxiety and peer aggression,and to explore the mediating role of hope and the moderating role of parental rearing behavior.The study consisted of two parts,as follows:Study 1: the psychological mechanism of peer victimization affecting adolescents’ anxiety was studied among 650 junior high school students from 4 schools in XX City,Guangdong province,the relationship among peer aggression,adolescent anxiety,adolescent quality of hope and adolescent parenting behavior was investigated by questionnaire.The verification results are as follows:(1)a summary of the significant differences in demographic variables is as follows: first,regarding peer aggression,the degree of peer aggression of junior high school boys was higher than that of girls,the degree of peer aggression of junior high school boys was higher than that of junior high school girls,and the degree of peer aggression of junior high school boys was higher than that of junior high school girls,the peer aggression of only children is higher than that of non-only children,and there are also significant differences in gender and grade and only child or not,the level of anxiety of junior high school girls is much higher than that of junior high school boys;Only child anxiety was higher than non-only child anxiety.(2)peer aggression had a significant positive correlation with anxiety(p=0.000,p<0.001)and a significant negative correlation with hope quality(p<=-0.004,p<0.01)There was a significant negative correlation between hope quality and anxiety(p=-0.026,p<0.05)Hope plays a part of mediating role in the relationship between peer aggression and anxiety(after adding hope,the regression coefficient of anxiety will be from 0.123 to 0.094,suggesting that the mediating effect of hope quality in peer aggression and anxiety is(-0.117 *-0.420)/0.123= 39.95%,indicating that hope plays a part of mediating effect.(3)parental rearing behavior moderated the relationship between hope and anxiety:parental rearing behavior only moderated the latter half of the study,that is,parental rearing behavior moderated the relationship between Hope and anxiety in adolescents(B=0.608,p=0.000,p<0.001).Study 2: Intervention Strategy of Adolescent Anxiety High Hope Group Intervention 36 adolescents were selected from study 1 as group counseling objects.After analyzing the data by SPSS26.0,the relationship among the three variables of adolescent hope,peer aggression and adolescent anxiety was further verified.It is mainly about the effect of hope on teenagers’ anxiety.(the pre-intervention hope score was 12.78 ± 2.76 in the intervention group,11.61±2.50 in the waiting group,31.28 ± 3.34 in the intervention group and 12.17 ± 2.75 in the waiting group.The scores of anxiety were 75.94±5.74 before intervention,77.67 ± 5.05 before intervention,49.67 ± 4.58 after intervention and 77.67 ± 5.05 after intervention in the waiting group,respectively.Conclusion:(1)through the relationship study of study 1,the results showed that there were significant differences in gender,grade,and whether the only child or not;There are significant differences in gender,grade and whether the only child or not,and it is hoped to have significant negative predictive effect on adolescent anxiety,peer aggression can significantly negatively predict adolescents’ hope level,and peer aggression can significantly positively predict adolescents’ anxiety.Hope plays a mediating role in the relationship between peer aggression and adolescent anxiety,and parenting plays a moderating role in the latter part of the relationship between peer aggression and adolescent anxiety,Hope and adolescent anxiety.(2)through the intervention study of study 2,the results of High Hope Group counseling intervention further support the characteristics of the relationship between hope and adolescent anxiety in quantitative study 1,and high hopes of adolescents can reduce their anxiety. |
