| In the late 1980 s,"cooperative learning" was widely used and practiced in the teaching of primary and middle schools,which is highly consistent with the modern education concept of "student-oriented and students-oriented".Group cooperative learning is a new teaching method advocated by the national curriculum reform of basic education.It has been widely used in teaching practice and plays an effective role in promoting the improvement of teaching level.Through relevant investigation and analysis,it is found that traditional teaching methods are still dominant in the current English teaching in secondary vocational schools,and group cooperative learning,instead of traditional teaching mode,can fully mobilize students’ learning initiative and enthusiasm,make the teaching more efficient,and contribute to the cultivation of students’ cooperation ability.By using the method of literature analysis,action research and questionnaire survey,and collecting and analyzing a large number of literature results,combined with the current teaching situation of Chinese secondary vocational technical schools,the design of secondary vocational English group cooperative learning model experiment,and taking all the students of Changsha XD secondary vocational schools hotel class 1 and hotel class 2 as the research object,comparative analysis of teaching practice.The results show that:(1)Group cooperative learning can effectively improve the English score.After the two-week group cooperative learning experiment,the English score of the experimental class was increased by 9.26%,while that of the control class was only increased by 0.94%.(2)Group cooperative learning can improve students’ learning ability in three aspects: learning interest,learning dynamics and learning attitude.However,in the control class with traditional teaching,the interest and attitude of learning have decreased slightly,and there is no obvious change in students’ English ability on the whole.(3)Group cooperative learning can improve students’ cooperative ability,but only to a limited extent.Cooperative goal,cooperative emotion and cooperative thinking are all improved to varying degrees,but the influence of cooperative thinking is limited by the improvement range of teaching.(4)This teaching mode can improve the teaching effect.This study also exposed some problems in the specific implementation of group cooperative learning,and this study proposes from the perspective of teachers’ evaluation of students,"heterogeneous" grouping,and creating balanced competitive teams;Motivation is the basis for implementing student evaluation;construct a three-dimensional evaluation mechanism with multiple interactions;Quantitative evaluation and mental motivation are used together;Respect differences and hierarchical evaluation;Summarize problems in a timely manner and provide evaluation feedback.It is hoped to provide good reference and experience for teachers and students of secondary vocational schools. |
