| "Innovation is the core driving force leading development",and any competitive sports cannot develop without innovation.With the continuous and in-depth promotion and development of national traditional sports in recent years,dragon dance has evolved from folk fitness activities and celebration and performance activities into formal competitive sports,and its competitive degree is becoming higher and higher.As the core content of competitive sports development,technical action is important to promote the gradual improvement of technical action system,And broaden the channels and methods of technological system innovation.Through the methods of literature,video observation and mathematical statistics,taking the competition videos of the top three teams in the optional routine of national and above dragon dance competitions in recent 13 years as an example,this thesis makes a statistical analysis on the number and distribution of innovative actions in the competition videos,and makes a technical analysis of individual actions according to the classification of their actions,From the above analysis,this paper summarizes the main paths of action innovation in dragon dance and the influencing factors of action innovation.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The path of action innovation in dragon dance is mainly divided into three types:action combination type,progressive difficulty type and image creation type.(2)The external influencing factors of dragon dance movement innovation mainly include development conditions,competition rules and incentive mechanism,in which the development conditions are divided into policy,economy and venue equipment.(3)The internal influencing factors of dragon dance movement innovation mainly include the quality and ability level of athletes and coaches,sports training methods and scientific research level.According to the above research conclusions on the innovation of dragon dance movements,in order to better promote the innovation and improvement of dragon dance technical movements,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Do a good job in policy and material guarantee,establish reasonable and effective policies and regulations,encourage coaches and athletes to actively engage in technical action innovation,and provide advanced dragon dance training venues and equipment for the team,so as to ensure the material basis of team training.(2)Appropriately improve the score proportion of innovative actions in the scoring standard of dragon dance competition rules,and promote athletes and coaches to pay attention to action Innovation Guided by competition results.(3)As the two main bodies of dragon dance technical action innovation,athletes and coaches need to improve their comprehensive ability and transform from "physical type" to "intelligent type";coaches need to firm professional theoretical knowledge and be able to flexibly use other relevant knowledge.(4)to enhance the scientific research level of dragon dance,combine other related research achievements,and apply it to dragon training process,grasp the advanced nature and rationality of training methods and methods,and provide cutting-edge scientific and technological means for coaches and athletes. |
