Research On The Optimization Path Of Dance Talent Training Program In Applied Technology Colleges And Universitie

With the rapid economic and social development in the new era,the State Council has implemented a series of policy documents to guide a number of non-research universities to apply technology.This is undoubtedly to further meet the diverse needs of the community for dance professionals,but also to our dance professionals to bring new challenges.Taking the training program of dance major in Chongqing University of Humanities and Technology as an example,this paper makes a deep exploration on the training program of dance talents in technical colleges and universities by using the methods of literature research,investigation and case analysis,analyzes the training objectives,graduation requirements,curriculum structure and other contents in the training program,further analyzes the problems in the training program,and puts forward optimization suggestions.In view of the application technology university dance specialized personnel training plan optimized path has three:First,optimize the knowledge structure,reorganize the curriculum structure,promote the transformation of professional skills and skills,attach importance to the adaptation of graduation conditions,and strengthen the practice guidance and monitoring mechanism;The second is to optimize the ability structure,focusing on professional training,providing joint training platform for schools and enterprises,so that dance students can find and improve their ability more intuitively.The third is to optimize the quality structure,combining professional education with general education,rationally distributing class hours and curriculum structure,highlighting regional characteristics,and clarifying the vocational orientation of dance major in technical colleges.
