The public information graphic symbols for passenger services are an important part of the GB/T10001 public information graphic symbol system in China.merged in other files.In recent years,there are few researches on public information graphics of railway passenger service,and most of the researches focus on the standardization of graphic signs.Through the investigation of the public information graphic symbols for passenger services in the latest GB/T10001-2021 related documents in China,this research learns that such public information graphic symbols have not been used regulated in real life,and some On the contrary,the graphic symbols will bring cognitive barriers to the viewers,and there will be problems of understanding.The dynamization of such public information graphic symbols is conducive to improving people’s cognitive efficiency for them,solving some problems that cannot be solved by static graphics in the past,and improving the overall quality of railway passenger services.Taking into account the rapid development of transportation technology and the strong demand of many passengers for such public information graphic symbols in the process of boarding,this research takes the public information graphics of railway passenger service as the core research object,and starts from the perspective of graphic cognition.,with the core goal of improving their perceived efficiency,using the ideas of problem discovery and problem solving,design improvements through dynamic display methods,and attached scientific evaluations to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the design method,So as to achieve the goal of providing a new perspective for the production of public information graphics,and create more development possibilities for it.
