"One Hundred Years of Solitude" is a particularly important work in Latin American literature. For a long time, scholars at home and abroad have paid more attention to novel elements such as magic techniques and circular structures in this work, but neglected to dig out the main content of the text. This article focuses on the core theme of "loneliness" in "One Hundred Years of Solitude".From the perspective of literary regions,it captures the relationship between the Buendia family and "Macondo" as a group of people and land, aiming to analyze the origin of "loneliness" and reveal its relationship to Latin American realities. This thesis consists of three parts: introduction, body and conclusion. The introduction consists of five parts: the first part introduces the research background, and expounds the basic situation of Marquez’s life, creation, and early research in the academic circle;Classify and summarize the research results of relevant scholars;the third part expounds the research methods and innovations of this paper, intending to explore the textual connotation of "loneliness" through emerging theories such as literary regionalism,so as to find a way that is different from traditional theories. The new research path;the fourth part is the definition and combing of related concepts such as literary regionalism;the fifth part expounds the general research ideas. The main part of this paper is composed of three parts, respectively expounding the "existence" of regions, the "construction and development" of people to regions, and the "disappearance" of the relationship between people and land. The first part focuses on the "Makondo" area, expounds how the area itself "produces" and "exists",and analyzes the landscape changes of "Makondo" in different historical periods and the social and cultural significance of the landscape. The second part starts from the perspective of regional characters, explores the formation and development of characters after the "existence" of regions, analyzes the different cultural attributes and identities behind the characters, and discusses how these characteristics affect people’s development and construction of regions, and how it affects the demise of the man-land relationship. The third part focuses on the changes of construction power in regional space, and studies the ownership of different regional construction rights.Different groups have different constructions of regions, and these construction methods reflect the "choice" between groups, which is essentially a kind of ownership of power: who chooses the direction of regional development, and who controls the construction of regions ? Changes in regional construction rights will affect the direction of regional development. The reason why "Macondo" will die is because the local aborigines headed by the Buendia family lost their dominance over the region and transferred it to the Outsiders, and finally the situation that Marquez said that even the way of death has to be handed over to others, which is also a major reason for the emergence of "loneliness".The conclusion part summarizes the full text, pointing out that the root of "loneliness" lies in the lack of close connection between people and regions.Regions are the foundation of human existence. To some extent, human cultural attributes and identity must be constructed on the basis of regions.Once the control of the region is lost and the dominance of development is transferred to others, then the foundation of cultural attributes and identity will be shaken, and the foundation of cultural attributes and identity will be shaken.Toward "annihilation" and gradually to "One Hundred Years of Solitude".
