A Study On The Expressive Language Of The Series Of Ceramic Works "Ten Thousand Houses Growing"

The unique artistic charm of modern ceramic art is deeply favored by artists,and has been reflected in art works.The creation of ceramic art takes clay as the expression medium,while expressing the creator’s thoughts and feelings,exploring the possibility of combining with other materials,setting off the unique charm of modern ceramic art and enriching the expression forms of traditional ceramic art.Modern ceramic art creation advocates the courage to break through the limitations of traditional ideas and forms of expression,and show the creator’s own perception and spiritual sustenance of everything in the world.The ceramic works of "The Growth of Ten Thousand Houses" take the architectural elements of houses as the creative theme.On the basis of the application of constructivism,the forms of the works have gone through a number of evolution processes from concrete to abstract,and then from abstract to diversified.The comprehensive expression of ceramic art production is not only the excavation of the characteristics of the soil itself,but also the use of modern and contemporary scientific and technological means to create the art of the integration of mud,fire,glaze and human mind.In this paper,by drawing lessons from the form of constructivism and the display effect of celadon color,combining with the author’s own experience of modern ceramic art creation and the comprehension of the artistic features of comprehensive performance of ceramic materials,I created a series of ceramic works "The Growth of Ten Thousand Houses".This article is divided into three parts to elaborate the creative practice report in detail.Firstly,it explains the inspiration source of the theme creation and the introduction of the series of works "The Growth of Ten Thousand Houses".Secondly,by analyzing the color expression language of modern ceramic art works and celadon in the form of constructivism,how to use the inspiration for reference in their own works.Finally,it is the creative practice of the series of "The Growth of Ten Thousand Houses" and the expression of language in the works.Further discussion on the feelings and reflections of the series of works is made,so that problems can be found and solved in time in the subsequent creation,and then the significance of self-exploration in artistic creation is proved.
