| The Pipa solo Song Thoughts on Reciting and Reading Song of A Pipa Player of Tang Poetry(hereinafter referred to "Su" as the Pipa Song)is composed by Mr.Wu Houyuan in the1980 s.Since its publication,it has been widely spread and has far-reaching influence,and is deeply loved by the majority of the audience.This piece of music is rich in techniques,such as pushing,drawing,singing and kneading left-handed techniques,as well as right-handed techniques such as picking,rotating fingers and sweeping.The music mimics the writing technique of the ancient songs,draws lessons from the musical elements of the opera,and arranges reasonable pipa techniques to vividly depict the artistic conception of the poem.Compared with other plucked instruments,pipa has a unique style of wheel-fingering techniques.Various types of wheel-fingering techniques are used in the Suit,such as double-string wheel,pick wheel,half wheel,sweep wheel,three-fingered wheel,and long wheel plus sweep.Through the change of timbre of different wheel finger techniques,it achieves the artistic effect of creating a quiet atmosphere,reflecting poetry,depicting characters and expressing a variety of emotions.This paper takes the wheeling finger technique in "Complaint" as the research object and the depth of nail into the string as the entry point to explore the timbre change of wheeling finger in "Complaint" and the artistic effect of presentation.The whole paper is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of the pipa song "Su",which gives an overview of the music from four aspects: creation background,musical structure,musical characteristics and technique application.The second part discusses the influence of the depth of the nail into the string on the change of the tone of the wheel finger from three aspects: different position of touching the string,the strength and speed of playing and different chord bodies.The third part,starting from the depth of the nail into the chord,explores the timbre changes of the wheel-finger in the "Complaint",and specifically discusses the playing points and specific manifestations of several different types of wheel-finger in the "complaint",such as double chord wheel,three finger wheel,half wheel,pick wheel,sweep wheel,long wheel plus sweep wheel.The fourth part,through the practical application of wheel finger technique in the Suit,sums up the artistic effects of different types of wheel finger timbre changes. |
