| Calligraphy flourished in the Tang Dynasty,known as "Tang Shang Fa".The formation of this era characteristic is directly related to the praise of Wang Xizhi’s calligraphy by Emperor Taizong of Tang Dynasty.As the most famous work of Wang Xizhi,preface to Lanting received great attention in the early Tang Dynasty.In recent years,some regular script and running script works of the early Tang Dynasty similar to the style of Lanting preface have been unearthed.Their relationship with Lanting preface and its influence on "Tang law" are worthy of further exploration.Focusing on the spread of Lanting preface in the early Tang Dynasty and its influence on calligraphy in the early Tang Dynasty,this paper discusses the preliminary formation and development of "Tang method" through the influence of Lanting preface on regular script and running script in the early Tang Dynasty.The article is divided into three parts: first,sort out and study the circulation of Lanting preface in the early Tang Dynasty.It is established that Lanting preface is one of the important factors affecting the development of calligraphy in the early Tang Dynasty,which is the basis and premise of the full text.The second is to explore the influence of Lanting preface on the calligraphy of the early Tang Dynasty,compare it with the classic and representative regular script and running script works of the early Tang Dynasty,analyze the specific influence of Lanting preface on the calligraphers of the early Tang Dynasty,summarize the new characteristics of the "law worship" of the Tang people,and investigate how Wang Xizhi’s calligraphy,especially Lanting preface,developed and evolved under the pen of the calligraphers of the early Tang Dynasty,thus promoting the formation of "Tang law".Third,through the comparison of the styles of these works,we get our basic understanding,that is,Lanting preface does have a certain role and influence on the formation of "Tang law". |
