With the development of science and technology,5G emerges as the times require,and AI technology has also risen rapidly.Now,5G and AI have been widely used in our production and life and played an important role.In May,2022,the Open Git Ops Industry Alliance(OGA for short)has been officially established for one year.The 2022 Open Git Ops Industry Conference was held online to enable developers to fully understand the cutting-edge Open Source technologies in China.A main venue and three branch venues were set up for the conference.In the AI branch venue,Mr.Meng Wei,the standardization director of Zhongxing Telecom Equipment Co.,Ltd.,gave a speech on the theme of “Open Source,5G and AI Integration”.This report is an analysis of the simulated consecutive interpreting of “Open Source,5G and AI Integration” carried out by the author.In this report,the author analyzes this interpreting practice under the guidance of Interpretive Theory,summarizes the problems met in the interpreting practice,such as unclear logic in source language,redundancy,repetition and no equivalent words in the target language,as well as puts forward interpreting techniques including simplification and restructuring,omission,and paraphrasing.At the end of this practice report,the author reflects on the whole practice,points out the limitations of this practice,and draws inspiration of the author.In this practice,the author learns a lot of professional knowledge about 5G and AI,and also realizes some of her problems in interpretation.She will continue to improve herself in the future study and work.At the same time,it is hoped that this report can provide some reference value for other interpreters in the future.
