Research On The Creation Method Of Sports Documentaries

Sports documentaries record sports events,reflect political and socio-cultural situations,and convey values,customs and beliefs.With the creation of sports documentaries as the research goal and the creators’ own creative experience,we elaborate on the sports documentary "Cyclone on Ice".In the documentary "The Ice Wind",the location is chosen in a small city in northern China,the city of Winter Olympic champions,Qitaihe,Heilongjiang Province,and the daily training life of the grassroots coach Yao Zhonghua and the youth athletes Zhang Runtong and Wang Jiayue is recorded on camera,presenting their unique sports spirit and showing Their love and respect for the cause of short track speed skating.Firstly,we analyze the creation characteristics of sports documentaries,including the theme characteristics,main characters and creation methods of sports documentaries,so as to lay the foundation for an in-depth analysis of the creation methods of sports documentaries.Secondly,we analyze the narrative style of the sports documentary "Cyclone on Ice",from multiple narrative subjects to expand the narrative content,panel structure to highlight the narrative theme and details to highlight the emotional value.Finally,we analyze the application of audio-visual language in the sports documentary "Cyclone on Ice",from three aspects: camera,sound and rhythm of the documentary.
