Commercial beauty is commercial art display,a form of art installation display,and a means of expression of commercial art.The purpose of setting art display in commercial space is to enhance consumers’ sense of shopping experience,attract consumers,and endow commercial space with artistic nature.Popular speaking,commercial beauty is to beautify,display,display and create a specific consumption atmosphere for commercial space.In order to attract customers and generate consumption,businesses will decorate and decorate the internal and external space of business space through holidays,celebrations and other special time points,so as to promote sales.Under the impact of online consumption,the real business has been greatly affected.Therefore,commercial beauty has become more and more important.Excellent beauty landscape and efficient space utilization have become effective means for the competition between real business and e-commerce.Shanghai MK Company occupies a place in the commercial beauty and Chen industry by virtue of its excellent product solutions and rich experience,but the current marketing model of beauty and Chen business has hindered the development of MK Company and even the whole beauty and Chen industry.With the change of the overall environment,MK Company’s living environment has become worse and worse,and its living space has been continuously compressed,forcing MK Company to seek new marketing models and explore new market space.Therefore,the relevant research results of this paper can not only help Meichen Company avoid the problems caused by the traditional marketing model,but also demonstrate the feasibility of MK Company’s first model,providing reference and experience for commercial Meichen business marketing.This paper conducts research on the marketing of commercial beauty and Chen business of MK Company in Shanghai.Using qualitative and quantitative analysis,literature research,questionnaire survey and other research methods,based on the relevant theories of marketing,this paper comprehensively analyzes the marketing status of MK Company’s commercial beauty and Chen business from three aspects:marketing environment,industry competitiveness,and 7P marketing strategy.The main problems are:high customer acquisition cost,low order conversion rate;The quotation of the US Chen scheme is not competitive;The production cost of physical products is high;The Company is short of funds;Team ability needs to be improved;The company did not promote itself enough.In the field survey,it can be found that MK Company is facing huge financial pressure and order pressure due to the current marketing situation,which leads to operating difficulties.It is urgent to find out countermeasures and adjust the marketing mode.In this regard,based on STP theory,through the Moxingku platform being developed by MK Company,this paper has formulated business marketing strategies for the above specific problems.It mainly includes:first,establishing a professional beauty and Chen platform;Second,create target market products:model resources,whole case resources and curriculum resources;Third,establish effective supply and demand relationship,reduce customer acquisition cost and improve order conversion rate;Fourth,data resource integration reduces design cost;Fifth,expand the order scale and reduce the production cost;Sixth,establish a training system to improve team capabilities;Seventh,create new profit points to solve the problem of capital shortage;Eighth,strengthen online promotion and enhance enterprise influence.From a practical point of view,the implementation of the above strategies is mainly to extricate MK from the existing difficulties and obtain better development opportunities.Theoretically,using the system platform to implement online marketing and business operation will solve the long-standing industry pain points,free designers’ hands,expand the influence of commercial beauty,and provide new ideas for the development of commercial beauty.At the same time,let more people understand commercial beauty,love commercial beauty and have the ability to engage in commercial beauty,and provide assistance for the development of the industry.
