| Ethnic minority subject is always the author’s favored theme of artistic creation.As an ethnic group with a long history of development,the Mongolian are also an important part of the northern ethnic minority groups of our country.Grassland culture is composed of regional environment,production and life,and the ethnic spirit of horseback.Under such a cultural background,the unique life style,ethnic costumes and scenes in the life of nomadic people on the grassland are of unique artistic value for inheriting ethnic art and culture.In the series of works Praying for the Grassland,elements closely related to the daily life of herdsmen,such as cattle,horses and sheep,are selected as painting symbols to complement the figures.It is not only necessary to pay attention to the expression form of pen and ink techniques,but also to grasp the characteristics of ethnic culture and integrate these ethnic customs and element symbols into the works to show the profound expression of the life of herdsmen on the grassland.This paper mainly describes and summarizes the artistic creation process of the series of Mongolian ink figure paintings,which is divided into three parts.The first part describes the reasons for thecreation of the topic,and the second part explores the conception of the content of the works,the exploration of expression techniques,the shaping of the character image and the expression of the creation scene.The third part describes the re-understanding of the creation of ink figure painting and the reflection on the creation of ink figure painting. |
