Study On The Optimization The Performance Of Government Functions In The Construction Of Filial Culture In Wuxi County

Filial piety culture as the core of spiritual civilization and the cornerstone of social civilization,it has been the moral code and code of conduct of Chinese people since ancient times.As the main body of moral culture construction and public culture construction,whether the government performs well determines the overall effect of filial piety culture construction.Wuxi County is an underdeveloped area,which has made several achievements in the construction of local filial piety culture in recent years due to the rich resources of filial piety culture.However,there are also many problems existing in the performance of government functions in the construction of filial piety culture in Wuxi County.In the context of the new era,how to guarantee the sustainable development of filial piety culture construction is what the consideration for improving the performance of government functions should lay great emphasis on.Taking the performance of government functions in the construction of filial piety culture in Wuxi County as the research object,using literature research,questionnaire investigation and interview survey,from the perspective of government,analysis the performance of government function in the construction of filial piety culture of Wuxi County in Chongqing,the paper figures out the problems and explores its forming reasons.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the performance of government functions in the construction of filial piety culture in Wuxi County.The research consists of six parts in total.The first part is the introduction,introduces the research background and significance of the research,combs the relevant materials of academic research at home and abroad,clarifys research ideas and methods,introduces research contents and innovations.The second part focuses on the core concepts and theoretical basis,clarifying the definition of core concepts such as filial piety cultural,construction of filial piety culture,and cultural functions of the government,and introducing the relevant theoretical basis of the socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics theory,service-oriented government theory,and public goods theory,it produces a function of theoretical guidance to the research of this article.The third part discusses the present situation of the performance of government functions in the culture construction of filial piety in Wuxi County.The performance of government functions in the construction of filial piety culture in Wuxi County are summarized from four aspects: formulating the policy of filial piety culture construction,guiding the direction of filial piety culture construction,supporting the infrastructure of filial piety culture,and coordinating various parties in the construction of filial piety culture.In the fourth part,it mainly carries out an in-depth analysis of the performance of government functions in the culture construction of filial piety in Wuxi County and sorts out the existing problems,including incomplete development plan,the insufficient construction fund investment,department coordination is not in place,the inadequate monitoring feedback.In addition,according to these problems,the author investigates the behind reasons.In accordance with the problems and reasons analyzed above,the fifth part puts forward the optimization countermeasures from four dimensions: perfecting the long-term planning of filial piety culture construction,expanding the source channels of funds,strengthening inter-departmental coordination,and improving the government oversight and evaluation system.The sixth part is the conclusion and suggestion,draw a conclusion of the research,and expresses the expectations for future research.
