The black civil rights movement after the Second World War was the largest and most critical wave of awakening of the entire black nation."But the civil rights movement was not pushed to the forefront by just one or two things.During the Second World War,The United States’ official purpose in taking part in the war was to fight for the four freedoms,in order to safeguard national security and interests.The U.S.government,through a variety of methods,has enlisted and tutored a considerable amount of African American soldiers,thus intensifying the problem of racial prejudice and segregation in America more than ever.The black issue in the United States remained on the periphery,despite the Second World War.In fact,Amidst the Second World War,African Americans were actively engaged in the conflict and made a great deal of contributions to the United States’ success.Despite this,they still endure a lot of unfairness,and their accomplishments and treatment have created a deep-seated feeling of inequality,which is driving the African American movement towards their race.These individuals formed the "Black Panther Force" and fought in numerous significant battles,such as the North African Landing War and the Sicilian Landing War,exhibiting courage and tenacity,not shying away from sacrifice,and taking full advantage of their own potential.and accomplished their tasks excellently,This article focuses primarily on the following topics: Firstly,garnering widespread acclaim.The United States government’s stance and applicable legal regulations on enlisting and utilizing African Americans for the war are presented herein.Explaining the cause of the burgeoning African American presence in the US military and the remarkable accomplishments of African American soldiers during the war,secondly.Once more,scrutinize the racial disparities.but also a manifestation of the black people’s vision of pursuing racial equality.It also explores the possible reasons for promoting the post war civil rights movement to a new peak from the perspective of the military.Although blacks actively served in the United States military,their racial discrimination and apartheid treatment still had not been fundamentally reversed.During the war,blacks did not produce influential leaders,and their struggle for civil rights was very limited.However,it is undeniable that the treatment and contributions of blacks in the military greatly affected the development of the postwar civil rights movement.
