The Music Style Of Impression Portray And Teaching Enlightenment Of Li Shuhua’s Piano Works

Li Shuhua is a musician who made great contributions to the development of early Chinese music.His piano works have left precious heritage for the development of piano art in our country.In November 2020,the China Academy of Art Press published the Collection of Li Shuhua.The complete collection collected as much as possible all the works of Li Shuhua,including music works,theoretical works and research status and other aspects of information.In addition,unpublished manuscripts and historical materials were sorted out and precious photos were attached,which provided great possibilities for further research by later scholars.At present,there are about 17 piano works composed by Li Shuhua,most of which are concentrated in the 1930 s.This paper studies ten piano works created by him in Hangzhou Art College.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction of musician Li Shuhua and the research on the creation background of ten piano works.The creation background is elaborated from the three dimensions of society,individual and creation background respectively.Therefore,this part of the content lays the foundation for the discussion of the formation of his personal style.The second part focuses on the causes of the universal synesthesia in Li Shuhua’s works and the formation of his unique creation style,namely "Impression Portray".In this paper,the title of the work,the "macro" form structure,the "micro" musical elements and the synesthesia of the "whole" sound are the four aspects as the research entry point.Explore how to describe the scene or impression with piano sound,summarize and refine the expression techniques used,and illustrate the style characteristics of its creation with examples of works.The third part is the sharing of style of Impression Portray brought by the current teaching in order to communicate.From the aspects of players,teachers and performance evaluation,this paper explores the teaching application of "Impression Portray" style,which plays a key role in understanding the creative intention and improving the aesthetic ability.The research of the thesis strives to find the shine of Li Shuhua’s personal creation techniques and style characteristics in the early piano works which are "buried" in the history,and to bring a lot of enlightenment to the piano teaching in our country.
