The choral work "Su San Qi Jie" is based on the traditional Beijing opera cantata Su San Qi Jie,in a mixed choral arrangement,supplemented by piano and erhu,with Chinese percussion instruments.The work was originally sung by Su San,a Qing Yi character in Peking Opera,and is short and concise.The composer,Gao Zhulan,adapted the eight lines of Su San’s singing on his way to Taiyuan into a choral work,using a wide panel bridge with a Peking accent to convey the content of the "story" to the audience in choral form,which is quite innovative.The author has obtained the authorization for the score and performance of the choral work "Su San Qi Jie" through the copyright agency of "China Music Bookstore".This article takes the choral work adapted by Gao Zhulan from the Beijing opera "Su San Qi Jie" as the object of study.The article includes three parts,the first part mainly introduces the background of the composer,the overview and changes of the work,and analyzes the musical structure,harmony,sound and choral adaptation of the work from the perspective of the text;the second part,the author conducts movement design,phrase conducting treatment and timbre design from the perspective of conducting design according to the basic requirements of professional studies and conducting;the third part takes the practice of conducting as the entry point,from The third part of the study is based on the practice of conducting,from the four aspects of practical training,difficult handling of conducting,special handling and the handling of accompaniment,and the study of second degree creation.This paper adopts various research methods,such as literature research method,interdisciplinary research method and practice research method,to provide some reference experience for the creation and adaptation of traditional opera choral works and theoretical research and practice of modern choral conducting.
