According to various data,modern people are generally in a state of mental subhealth,and the demand for mental health counseling has increased significantly.The response to manual consultation is slow,the process is long,and the labor cost is high.Intelligent question-answering systems can improve the efficiency of psychological consultation.However,traditional rule-based question-answering systems have limited understanding ability,poor flexibility,and are difficult to maintain and expand.In response to the above issues,this paper constructs a mental domain knowledge map,using the knowledge map as a database to solve the problems existing in traditional question-answering systems.Focusing on the research of named entity recognition technology,a BERT-BiLSTM-MA-CRF model was proposed.The research content of this article is as follows:(1)Research and construction of knowledge atlas in the field of psychology.Collect data from psychology-related books,learning literature,professional magazines,experimental reports,and Wikipedia,and clean the collected data;Extract entities,attributes,and relationships from the dataset;And then fuse the extracted data and structured data;Finally,the data is integrated into a triple form and stored in a graph database.(2)Research on Named Entity Recognition Algorithms.Based on the BiLSTM model,combined with the pre-training model and the multi-head attention mechanism,an improved model BERT-BiLSTM-MA-CRF is proposed.This model has achieved 8.43% and 6.8% improvements in F1 values compared to the BERT-BiLSTM CRF model on the CLUSTER 2020 and Yudu-S4 K datasets,respectively,demonstrating the effectiveness of the improvement.(3)Design and Implementation of Psychological Question Answering System.Based on the previous work,from the perspective of practical engineering applications,using the knowledge atlas as the database,and the proposed named entity recognition model as the basis for text entity extraction,the psychological implementation of the question-answering system has been completed.First,conduct a requirements analysis and complete the system design.The following core functions are implemented:knowledge retrieval function,question-answering function,and visualization function.The system was tested and the actual use effects of the relevant modules were demonstrated.This article constructs a psychological question-answering system based on a knowledge map to help prevent and discover psychological problems and popularize them.
