| Campus bullying is a common physical and mental health problem faced by all countries in the world. The frequent occurrence of campus bullying not only has a direct impact on the physical and mental health of teenagers, but also relates to the construction of a harmonious society and a society ruled by law.According to the ecosystem theory, the behavior development of individuals is the result of the interaction between individuals and the environment.Adolescents are in a critical period of rapid physical and mental development of individuals. As an important factor affecting individual development, family environment plays an important role in bullying on campus.Family function is one of the important factors to evaluate the family environment. It can further affect bullying behavior on campus by influencing the development of individuals, such as the awareness of relationship rules. Therefore, this study attempts to explore the influencing factors of adolescent school bullying from both environmental and individual aspects, and explore the corresponding intervention methods,in order to provide a reference for families and schools to reduce adolescent school bullying. To this end, this study is carried out from the following two aspects:The first study is a relationship study.1512 adolescents were investigated with the "Middle School Students’ School Bullying Questionnaire","Family Function Evaluation Scale" and "Adolescent Relationship Rule Awareness Questionnaire" to explore the relationship between adolescent family function, relationship rule awareness and school bullying and the intermediary role of relationship rule awareness; The second study was an intervention study.22 senior high school students, including 11 in the experimental group and 11 in the control group, were selected to carry out group-aided intervention with the theme of relationship rule awareness.Among them, the experimental group students were given eight group psychological counseling activities, while the control group students did not do relevant intervention. After the study, they were given corresponding counseling.Based on the data analysis before and after the intervention, the effectiveness of group counseling in promoting the awareness of teenagers’ relationship rules and reducing bullying on campus was explored. The results are as follows:Teenagers scored lower in school bullying and family function, and higher in relationship rule awareness; There are significant differences in family function, relationship rule awareness and bullying behavior on campus in gender, grade, student origin, whether only child, student cadre and school type; There is a significant correlation between the three variables; The awareness of relationship rules plays a part of intermediary role between family function and campus bullying;Intervention on individual relationship rule awareness can improve the score of relationship rule awareness and reduce the score of bullying on campus. From the above research results,we can draw the conclusion that the incidence of bullying in school is low,and the family function and relationship rule awareness are on the upper level;Adolescent family function, relationship rule awareness and school bullying can form an intermediary model, that is,adolescent family function can directly affect their school bullying behavior, and can also indirectly affect it through relationship rule awareness; The group psychological counseling designed in this study is feasible and effective. It can improve the level of individual’s awareness of relationship rules and reduce the occurrence of individual bullying on campus by intervening teenagers’ awareness of relationship rules. |
