with the development of society,people no longer need to worry about material needs,they began to pursue spiritual needs,in today’s tourism,more and more tourists begin to pay attention to spiritual acquisition,no longer like fast food travel.In this context,the form of cultural tourism can just make up for people’s needs,and thus be welcomed by tourists,showing the possibility of wireless.Jinyuan district of Shanxi province has a long historic,brilliant culture.If we go in the right direction,it will bring us a lot of benefits and help the development of the region.therefore,this paper will study the tourism development of this area from the perspective of cultural tourism.This paper include introduction,theoretical knowledge,investigation on the present situation of cultural tourism in Jinyuan District,investigation and analysis of tourist satisfaction,analysis the problems and their causes in the development of cultural tourism,recommendations and summary 7 parts in total.by referring to relevant information,base on the different research theory and investigation results,in-depth analysis of the practical problems in the development of cultural tourism in Jinyuan District,put forward ten suggestions on the development of cultural tourism in Jinyuan District to improve customer satisfaction,include suggestion on combining the theory of cultural tourism,scientifically planning the development path,improving the tourism element system,deepening the global tourism path,promoting the integration of the tourism industry,strengthening the brand image,expanding the marketing and promotion,developing international tourism,and improving the tourism development pattern.finish the conclusion at the end of this paper.
