Research On Hu ZuanZong’s TangYa

Tang Ya is a collection of Tang poems compiled by Hu Zuanzong,a famous scholar in the middle of Ming Dynasty.Influenced by the retro trend of thought in Ming Dynasty,Tang Ya advocated that "poetry must be Han Wei Sheng Tang Dynasty",taking "elegance" as the standard of selection,emphasizing the style,and selecting more than1200 Tang poems.It contains the editor’s choice of different poetry style,different poets and different themes of poetry,which not only reflects the atmosphere of the times,but also reflects the editor’s poetics thought,and after the book is written,it is handed down through the editor’s own publishing cause.Based on the Tang Ya engraved in Jiajing 28years(1549)Wendou Mountain Hall,this paper probes into and analyzes the Tang Ya.This paper is mainly composed of introduction,main body and conclusion.In the introduction part,the significance of the topic is expounded,and the current academic circles have made a general induction and collation of Hu Zuanzong and his related research,and made clear the research difficulties,research ideas and research methods of this paper.The main body is divided into four parts,the first part discusses the background of Tang Ya and makes a textual research on the origin of its version.First of all,this paper probes into the background of Tang Ya from the aspects of the trend of thought of the times,the editor’s thought,the development of Tang poetry anthology and the prosperity of Ye engraving book industry in the middle of Ming Dynasty.Secondly,it examines the version of Tang Ya and combs the versions that can be seen at present.The second part analyzes the compilation and selection of Tang Ya.First of all,this paper discusses the standard of poetry selection in Tang Ya: poetry should take into account the style on the basis of inheriting the traditional spirit of "elegant style".Taking the poets and poems selected in the early Tang Dynasty as an example,this paper discusses in detail the concrete embodiment of the "elegance" advocated by Hu Zuanzong in the selected poems.Secondly,it analyzes the editing style of Tang Ya,discusses Hu Zuanzong’s arrangement of the selected structure,and how to classify different poetic styles into three parts.Finally,he introduces the editing and selection characteristics of Tang Ya from two aspects:Valuing Li Bai and Du Fu and Not valuing late Tang poetry.The third part makes a statistical classification of the themes of poetry selected in Tang Ya,focusing on the analysis of several kinds of poems,such as chanting history and remembering the past,farewell pay singing,frontier fortress detention and so on,to confirm Hu Zuanzong’s inheritance of "elegant style" and the practice of the principle of poetry selection in poetry style and natural tone.The fourth part mainly discusses the value of Tang Ya.First of all,it expounds the poetic value of Tang Ya from two angles of inheriting the theory of "four Tang stages" and the differentiation of style of Yuefu;secondly,it explains the philological value of Tang Ya from two aspects of collation and textual research.The conclusion part makes a general summary of the previous research results,in order to carry out a more comprehensive and in-depth study of Tang Ya...
