Research On The Design Of Elderly Volunteer Service In The Maintenance System Of Rural Cultural Facilities In Guangdong

Based on the background of rural community elderly care and rural cultural revitalization,and taking the maintenance system of cultural facilities in rural Guangdong as the basic point,this thesis introduces the theory and methods of service design,explores the guiding principles of the elderly voluntary maintenance service design of cultural facilities in rural Guangdong,and attempts to build the elderly voluntary maintenance service system of cultural facilities in rural Guangdong.The purpose of this thesis is to improve the research system of community homebased care,improve the level of social participation of rural elderly groups,practice “active aging”,and provide theoretical and practical reference for the realization of "productive aging".First of all,this thesis takes the elderly voluntary service and the system of cultural facilities in rural Guangdong as the starting point,retrospects the research status of “elderly volunteer service” at home and abroad and the service design theory involved in the maintenance system of rural cultural facilities,and demonstrates the feasibility of integrating “elderly volunteer service” and “the maintenance system of rural cultural facilities” through quantitative and qualitative research.Secondly,based on the research conclusion of desk research and field investigation,and fused the design principle of human-centered,collaborative,iterative,continuous,real and holistic,this thesis tries to put forward the guiding principles of the elderly voluntary maintenance service design of cultural facilities in rural Guangdong,including the system construction,project management and content supply principles,as well as the corresponding guidance measures and practical path,to provide theoretical guidance for the elderly voluntary maintenance service design of cultural facilities in rural Guangdong.Finally,based on the proposed guiding principles of service design,this thesis carries out the service design practice,outputs the service system,service content and key service touchpoints of the elderly voluntary maintenance service of cultural facilities in rural Guangdong,carries out service effectiveness evaluation,and provides practical reference for the use of the guiding principles of the elderly voluntary maintenance service design of cultural facilities in rural Guangdong.
