| According to the IIMedia Research report,the rapid development of the knowledge payment industry in recent years not only leads to a sharp increase in the number of users,but also increases the willingness of users to consume.However,along with the savage growth of industrial development and the lag of response to iterative demands,there are problems such as content homogeneity,low activity,weak user stickiness and low course repurchase rate.Highly targeted product content has become the main consideration of user payment and the inevitable factor of user social development,and the development trend of specialization and vertical emerges at the historic moment.Due to the particularity and strong interaction of design professional background,the problems and development direction of its professional platform need more in-depth study by designers.At the same time,as the core concern of many enterprise strategies,value co-creation not only skillfully corresponds to the knowledge ecosystem in the platform,but also can guide the user experience in the platform.Based on the theory of value co-creation,this paper first studies the value co-creation theory and the design knowledge payment platform,and elaborates and analyzes the theoretical support of the platform,and summarizes the characteristics and contradictions of the design knowledge payment.Explore the application value of value co-creation theory in the design knowledge payment platform,and output the corresponding platform mechanism module.Secondly,through quantitative and qualitative research methods,users’ experience,views and problems of paying for design knowledge are summarized,and the characteristics of professional background are summarized.Then,related competitive product cases are analyzed and compared in detail in terms of functional requirements,information interaction,visual perception and user behavior,and the advantages and disadvantages of the current platform are summarized.The commonalities,characteristics,development trends and enlightenment of each level are summarized.Finally,based on the brand cognition of Youshet.com,the design strategy and design practice are developed.Then,in order to further understand the user interaction behavior,combined with the design element plate from the perspective of value co-creation,the user periodic learning behavior model is constructed and the main behavior is elaborated.The target users are divided into three types of typical users,and the requirements of different types of users are mined and problems are summarized,and user usage scenarios under the target requirements are constructed.Finally,according to the design definition,corresponding phased learning behavior model outputs targeted design strategies from three levels: functional requirements,information interaction and visual perception.Based on the in-depth investigation of target users,the design strategy is put forward accordingly: from the level of functional requirements,the user scenario design of personalized learning services,the task scenario design based on the characteristics of professional background,and the environment scenario design to promote the creation of value are proposed.On the level of information interaction,it is proposed to optimize interaction logic and information structure,and add interesting learning interaction ways.On the level of visual perception,it proposes to create immersive learning experience and emotional design linking scenes.In the design practice stage,the design ideas and positioning are elaborated,and the design output is carried out based on the three aspects of the design strategy.And use usability testing to optimize the design.Based on the main brand cognition of Youshex.com,the visual positioning is determined in combination with the mental research of users,the visual design of the interface is carried out,and the final presentation of the scheme is completed.In this paper,based on the value co-creation theory,design knowledge payment as the research object,design major students as the target population,to build the corresponding design strategy and targeted design scheme.This study not only has a certain influence value for enriching and developing the design knowledge payment platform,but also has a good guiding significance for the design and research of other knowledge payment products. |
