Research On The Satisfaction Of Rural Public Cultural Services In J Town, Xingyi City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalizatio

The satisfaction of rural public cultural services is an important indicator to measure whether the public cultural service policy is satisfactory to rural residents in the process of rural implementation,and has practical guiding significance for the implementation of public cultural service policies in rural areas.The purpose of the study is to study the satisfaction of rural public cultural services,to understand the specific construction of rural public cultural services in rural areas,to conduct a satisfaction survey according to the construction of rural public cultural services,and to understand the satisfaction of residents with rural public cultural services.The research methods include semi-structured interview method,questionnaire survey method and confirmatory factor analysis method to collect the current situation of rural public cultural services and the satisfaction of rural public cultural services in J town,test the research model of rural public cultural service satisfaction in J town,and verify the research hypothesis.The research theories include public product theory,customer satisfaction theory and new public service theory.The public product theory is mainly used to select the research indicators.The customer satisfaction theory is used to construct the satisfaction model of rural public cultural services in J town,and the satisfaction survey is carried out.The research idea combines the rural revitalization strategy on the content of rural public cultural services with customer satisfaction to construct the satisfaction model of rural public cultural services in J town,and carries out current situation investigation,satisfaction collection and satisfaction analysis around this model.Through the analysis of satisfaction survey,the results of J town residents ’ satisfaction with rural public cultural services are obtained,and the reasons for the problems existing in the construction of rural public cultural services in J town are analyzed according to the results of satisfaction,and the countermeasures for improving the satisfaction of other regions are put forward according to the existing problems.This paper selects J town to study the satisfaction of rural public cultural services.The significance of the research is to understand the satisfaction of the implementation of rural public cultural service policies,optimize the formulation and introduction of rural public cultural service policies,and improve the theoretical system of rural public cultural policies.In addition,it can also improve the shortcomings of the construction of rural public cultural services in J town.
