Study On Rural Culture Construction In Hakka Area Of Guangxi

Culture is the pillar force for the development,inheritance and continuation of the country and the nation.Throughout the history,culture,as a spiritual force running through the whole development process of the history,promotes the overall development of the society with its unique,lasting and fresh vitality.The foundation of China lies in the countryside,and the future is also in the countryside.The development of rural areas is related to the overall development of the country.In 2022,the 20 th National Congress drew a grand blueprint and practical path for comprehensively advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through China-style modernization.In 2023,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core pointed out in the opinions of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on the key work of comprehensively promoting Rural Revitalization in 2023 that the profound changes unseen in the world are accelerating in a century,and China’s development has entered a period of both strategic opportunities,risks and challenges,and increasing uncertain factors.To strengthen a strong country,we must first strengthen agriculture,and only a strong country.We must make unremitting efforts to make solving problems related to agriculture,rural areas,and farmers the top priority in the work of the whole Party,and mobilize the efforts of the whole Party and society to comprehensively promote rural revitalization.Cultural revitalization is the "soul" of rural revitalization and the foundation for the Chinese nation to stand firm in the world cultural turmoil.Based on this,in the new historical period,promoting the research on rural culture construction is crucial for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and the construction of a modern socialist country.The paper is oriented by problem consciousness,centering on the logic of what is "culture" and "Hakka culture",why to strengthen the construction of rural culture in Hakka area and how to promote the construction of rural culture in Hakka area.Based on case analysis and time as a clue,By integrating relevant important documents and materials from three time nodes: the period of socialist revolution and construction,the period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics to the present,this paper objectively expounds the development process of Hakka Rural Cultural construction in Bobai County since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.In the collating of documents and field investigations,It is found that Hakka Rural Cultural construction in Bobai County is faced with such difficulties as insufficient facility carrying capacity,weak talent team and limited space for cultural development.According to the existing problems of Hakka Rural Cultural development in Bobai County,through in-depth analysis,it is found that the root causes of the problems are multi-faceted,including government reasons,population factors and ideological problems.The specific reasons are the absence of government cultural functions,population gathering to cities,and the trend of "fragmentation" of traditional culture.By analyzing the realistic predicament and reasons,drawing lessons from the historical experience and summarizing the actual development situation of the rural revitalization of Bobai County,the paper puts forward the path thinking suitable for the development of the Hakka Rural Culture of Bobai County--one is to improve the service system of Hakka Rural Culture construction;Second,strengthening the main force of Hakka Rural Culture construction;Third,improve the development space of Hakka Rural Culture construction.Hope to orderly solve the problems of Hakka Rural Culture construction in Bobai County,promote the revitalization of rural culture with high quality,in order to further implement the "33362" project,to sprints to save cultural strength in the country’s top 100 counties.
