Impressionist Characteristics In Contemporary Guzheng Work

The Guzheng works of Nanke and Yuejiang Ying are composed by young composer Zixiang Zhao in 2019 and 2022.Compared with traditional guzheng works in many aspects such as pitch meterial,form,timbre,dynamic control,and harmony uses,this airtical aims to analyze the compositional techniques of the two works and the interaction between each instrument,and try to describe the relationship between the stylistic characteristics of the two and the music of impressionism.In order to control the details of the works and provide relevant theoretical support for more detailed interpretation and performance of the works.This article has four chapters,the first chapter introduces the composer’s experience and the basic overview of the works.The second and third chapters are analyze the two works of fixed strings,structure of the work and its interpretation of the imagery reflected through the ontology,and the fourth chapter is the embodiment of the use of techniques and impressionist characteristics of the two works,and explains the characteristics of impressionism pointed to in the works according to the relationship between the guzheng、piano and cello between dynamics,timbre,melody,harmony,tonality and rhythm.
