Thai is the official language of Thailand. There are many dialects in Thai.Bangkok pronunciation is the standard pronunciation;Malipo Nanwenhe Dai language is one of the Dai languages in China, and the users are the white Dai people living in Malipo Nanwenhe area.According to the division of language branches by Mr.Li Fanggui, the Thai language and the Dai language Malipo dialect belong to the South West Tai(SWT)branch of the Zhuang-Dong language group of the Sino-Tibetan language family. They have the same origin and come from the common Proto-Tai(PT).This project takes the Thai Bangkok dialect(shorter form Thai)and the Malipo Nanwenhe Dai language(shorter form Dai)as the research objects.Through the field phonetic survey of the Dai people who living in the Malipo Nanwenhe area, and the analysis and research of the collected corpora,it summarizes the phonemic system of the Dai language, reveals its phonetic characteristics, and compares it with the Thai initial consonant system, aiming to observe the evolution law of the initial consonants of the Dai Malipo dialect,And put the initial consonants of the original Taiwanese into Thai and Dai,observe their evolution process in these two languages, and analyze the internal and external factors that cause the above phonetic evolution.Compared with other languages of Zhuang and Dai,the phonetic system of Thai language is relatively complete: there are 21 consonant phonemes in Thai, and there are clear and turbid consonants, multiple consonant initials and aspirated consonant initials are reserved more, plosive finance-p,-t,-k and consonant finance-m,-n,-(?) all have been well reserved. The Dai people in Wenshan mainly live in Maguan,Wenshan and Malipo.According to historical records, the Dai people in Wenshan and Maguan came from Xishuangbanna, and the Dai people in Malipo moved from Thailand to Hejiang Province of Vietnam, and then from Vietnam to Malipo. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the Dai ethnic group of Wenshan was called “Dai”.In 1957,it was classified as Zhuang ethnic group by ethnic identification. In 1980,the Dai ethnic group of Wenshan prefecture was restored.According to the records of Wenshan Prefecture Annals,Kaihua Prefecture Annals,Maguan County Annals,Malipo Geographical Data and other data, during the Ming and Qing Dynasties,a minority of Dai people lived in Wenshan,Maguan,Malipo,Guangnan and other counties. The Dai people in Nanwenhe call themselves “t(?)i~1khau~1”(White Dai),mainly in blue and black. There are no characters in the Malapo Dai language, but the phonetic system is still intact. The Malapo Nanwenhe Dai language has 23 initials,no compound consonants, and internal explosive b,d,In Dai language,in addition to the common r-sound category(also known as r-sound category, which is related to the second component *-r-of the Cr-type complex consonant in the original Taiwanese language,a series of complex consonants related to the r-sound category in the original Zhuang language constructed by it are all Cr-type.These consonant sets that have corresponding relations in modern dialects are generally called “r-sound category”,but here we refer specifically to the rtype single consonant consonant consonant square variant.)(?) and (?).The reason why it is said that it is not common is that the r-sound category is embodied in r,l,hj and j in the Thai language currently known, and l,j in the Dai language of Xishuangbanna; In Dehong Dai language,l,j are embodied; In the Dai language of Jinping, they are l,j;In Hongjin dialect,r,l and j are mostly embodied. In addition, there are two labial consonants kw and khw;3 palatinized consonants pj,phj (?).In addition, through the observation of the initial consonant system of the Dai language,it is found that the Dai language retains the aspirated sound characteristics of the ancient initial consonant of the Taiwanese language, and it is not difficult to see its evolution rules from some existing initial consonants.Through the description of the synchronic correspondence between the initials of Thai and Dai languages, the thesis analyzes their diachronic evolution path, and under the guidance of this model,it is easier to analyze the reasons for these changes,so as to grasp the evolution rules of the two kinship languages in the diachronic process.
