A Study On The Development Path Of The Cultural Tourism Industry Of Taishun County Government

In recent years,Chinese cultural tourism industry develops rapidly and gradually becomes an important emerging industry to drive the social and economic development.Since 2020,due to the COVID-19 epidemic,it has been more difficult for people to travel,the cost of travel has increased,and the willingness to travel has decreased.The cultural tourism industry has been impacted and affected,especially the development of rural cultural tourism industry.In emergencies,the tourism industry should take the initiative to find new breakthroughs and new guidance for development,and the combination with traditional integrated development will become more realistic and urgent,which can help the tourism industry to tide over difficulties.The combination of culture and tourism aims at opening up the market and increasing the value of enterprises,with science,technology and creativity as the driving force,and through the participation of multiple subjects,including technology,market,enterprises,industry associations and consumers,and through multiple channels of communication and diversified integration,a new path of diversified interactive development has been formed.In order to promote the integrated development of tourism industry,we need the reasonable positioning of government role and the play of government functions.In the integrated development of tourism industry,local government is not the main force,but an indispensable key role,whether it can be competent,will have a significant role in the development of tourism.In this paper,Taishun County,which is still in the early stage of integrated development of cultural and tourism industry,is selected as an example to study the government’s promotion of integrated development of tourism industry by means of case analysis,comparative study and interview,taking the problems encountered by the current government in the process of fulfilling its functions as the entry point.In this paper,Taishun County cultural and tourism industry integration development basis,development status and achieved stage results of the government performance of the situation,and focus on the development of tourism scenic area of the government functions of the overall planning,organization and coordination,guidance service and supervision and management of four aspects.The second part of this article for taishun county government in practice,to promote the development of literature brigade fusion main show is: overall planning and imperfect,imperfect policies and measures,and the text brigade sector depth fusion is not enough,the government in promoting brigade formats and product integration effect was not significant,the text brigade public service supply side still need to advance reform.Based on the analysis of the causes of the current problems,combined with the actual situation of Anji County and Wuzhen city,the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of tourism industry.On the basis of in-depth analysis of regional governments’ promotion of integrated development of culture and tourism,it is concluded that: Planning,policy,system,is the fundamental guarantee to promote the development of literature brigade fusion,the coordination of industry management system is to improve the organization of tour industry integration development,resource integration,the integration of the formats,product integration is a key link in the process of cultural and tourist industry chain butt fusion,quality excellent,brigade public service supply and release is to stimulate people’s cultural tourism demand potential.In this context,local governments should start from the concept,functional responsibilities,business types,products,public services and other four levels,put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions: Establish and consolidate and strengthen concept,strengthen the top-level design and policy integration,further refine and implement the functions of internal institutions,to strengthen the evaluation of text brigade institutional reform situation,forming zheng production-study-research cooperation personnel training mode,activate the government department personnel and introducing folk think-tank,innovation tour means of public service supply,guide social forces ascending brigade public service supply The amount.This subject has important theoretical guidance to the development of our country,and it has important guidance to promote the development of cultural industry and tourism.
