In the development process of Chinese new poetry,different types of poetry anthologies have emerged since the 1920s.As a collection of poetry works,<Selected Poems of Ai Qing> participate in the whole construction process of new poetry.<Selected Poems of Ai Qing> is a typical representative of version changes in different historical periods.<Selected Poems of Ai Qing> are collected in the form of a collection,which shows the overall appearance of Ai Qing’s poetry creation.Different versions produced in each historical period are affected by changes in ideology and social context.At present,the academic research on Ai Qing focuses on the interpretation and analysis of his classic works,and the study of <Selected Poems of Ai Qing> from the perspective of edition is still a blank,and the overall consideration of the transformation of Ai Qing’s poems before and after the late 1970s is lacking.This paper takes <Selected Poems of Ai Qing> as the research object,traces the relationship between the change of editions and the change of discourse,carries out text collation for each edition,and uses the method of comparative study and text analysis to explore the changes of Ai Qing’s poems before and after his "return".This paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter discusses the relationship between the selection of poems in 1955 edition,1979 edition and 1984 edition of Ai Qing’s Selected Poems and the context of The Times.The deletion and selection of poems not only forms the intertextuality relationship with the ideology of The Times,but also shows the complexity of determining the boundary of poetry classics.The second chapter focuses on the development of Ai Qing’s poetry,discusses the changes of Ai Qing’s poetry writing before and after his "return" from the two dimensions of spiritual direction and artistic characteristics of his poetry,and makes an in-depth analysis of Ai Qing’s poetics concept in combination with the versions of different texts,emphasizing the continuity of his attention to the spiritual direction of times,nations and human beings,as well as the persistence and development of the aesthetic concept of "simplicity,simplicity,concentration and brightness".At the same time,aiming at the marginalization of Ai Qing’s poetry in his later years,the author tries to find the deep reasons from the perspectives of personal subjective limitation and the direction of poetry development.The third chapter analyzes the subtext of the 1979 edition of <Ai Qing’s Selected Poems>.Taking the misuse of the title of "Wenpi" as the entry point,it goes back to the historical scene to trace the psychological trauma left by the poet in the special era,as well as the self-consciousness and personality spirit shown by Ai Qing’s advocacy of artistic democracy through dialogue history.Based on <Selected Poems of Ai Qing>,this paper comprehensively examines the changes of Ai Qing’s poems from a holistic perspective,reflecting the complexity of shaping classics from selected poems and the development and changes of Ai Qing’s poems.
