Depressive mood is the focus of research in the field of mental health.Compared with children and adults,adolescents have stronger emotional sensitivity,so adolescence is also a high incidence of depressive mood.High school students are in an important stage of physical and mental changes and self-exploration,and depression may have adverse effects on academic performance and social life.The family relationship is an important cause of depressive mood of high school students.For example,when a conflict occurs between parents,children often feel uneasy and helpless as bystanders and victims in the family,especially when facing family disputes,often generating negative emotions such as anxiety and depression.As a typical negative family relationship,parental conflict has also been shown in previous studies to have an impact on the mental health of high school students.Currently,there is limited research on the impact of parental relationships on high school students’ depressive mood.Therefore,this study will explore the impact of parental conflict on high school students’ depressive mood.In addition,parent-child affinity is an intimate relationship between parents and children,and establishing parent-child affinity relationship can help children alleviate the negative effects of depressive mood.At the same time,psychological resilience can help high school students better cope with the challenges and difficulties brought about by parental conflict,thereby reducing the incidence of depressive mood.Therefore,this study introduced parent-child affinity and psychological resilience to further explore the impact mechanism of parental conflict on the depressive mood of high school students.In research 1,the meta-analysis of 42(n=15660)studies found that there was a positive correlation between parental conflict and depressive mood among high school students,so as to further explore the mechanism between them.Research 2 then explored the paths through which parental conflict in high school students contributes to their depressive mood based on the theory of emotional security and the dynamic theory of psychological resilience.This study used the Parental Conflict Scale,Depressive Mood Scale,Parent-Child Harmony Scale,and Psychological Resilience Scale to conduct a questionnaire survey with 1277 high school students.The data were processed and statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0,PROCESS,and AMOS 24.0.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)Parental conflict will significantly positively affect high school students’ depressive mood;(2)Parent-child affinity plays a mediating role between parental conflict and high school students’ depressive mood;(3)Psychological resilience plays a mediating role between parental conflict and high school students’ depressive mood;(4)Parent-child affinity and psychological resilience play a chain mediating role between parental conflict and high school students’ depressive mood.Based on the research conclusion this study provides a new idea for the intervention of the teenager’s depressive mood in the future,the intervention work on depressive mood in adolescents can be carried out from both the family environment and the adolescents themselves,can establish a good family atmosphere by enhancing the parent-child affinity relationship between high school students and parents,at the same time,through a scientific and effective way to improve the psychological resilience of high school students,and then reduce the incidence of their depressive mood,It will help to better shape the mental health quality of high school students,and then promote academic performance promotion.
