Research On The Derivative Design And Application Of "Tomb Of Marquis Zeng Hou Yi" Lacquer Ware

From the Angle of art design,this paper studies the design and application of the derivative of Zeng Hou Yi’s tomb lacquer.The tomb of Marquis Yi of Zeng,located in Suixian County,Hubei Province,was excavated in 1978.A large number of precious cultural relics were unearthed in the tomb,including bronze ritual vessels,Musical Instruments,lacquered wood,gold and jade,weapons and chariot and horse tools.Among them,lacquerware is famous for its distinctive artistic characteristics,superb craft skills,perfect combination of practicality and aesthetics.The paint process material is special,presenting a full and strong visual experience.In recent years,the cultural derivatives industry has developed vigorously,and the demand for derivative design has increased significantly.In terms of policy,the Notice of The General Office of the State Council forwarding the Ministry of Culture and other departments on promoting the development of cultural and cultural relics units of cultural creative products calls for further optimization of the design of cultural derivatives;In terms of professional education,colleges and universities have trained a large number of design talents,which has significantly improved the overall design level of the society and enabled the society to create more excellent cultural derivatives.In terms of cultural and spiritual needs,the cultural connotation of The Times is the fundamental element of the birth of Zeng Houyi’s artistic style of artifacts.Now China has realized the building of a well-off society in an all-round way,and the material life has been greatly enriched,which makes the cultural and spiritual needs more urgent.In the perspective of regional development,it is particularly important to dig deep into local culture and build regional cultural image.This paper takes the above four requirements as the background,takes the lacquerware cultural resources in the tomb of Marquis Yi of Zeng as the research object,conducts visual research with the goal of non-homogeneity and enhancement of cultural communication,and applies it to the design practice of derivatives.Nowadays,many attempts have been made on the design of cultural derivatives of Zeng Hou Yi’s tomb,but the derivative development of his lacquerware is relatively small.Hubei Provincial Museum has made outstanding contributions to the development of lacquerware in Zeng Hou Yi’s tomb,and has set up a cultural derivative development department,which has laid a solid foundation for the development of this field.Still,derivative development is in its infancy.The comprehensive analysis shows that the current problems mainly include the field coverage is not extensive,only a few well-known cultural relics resources development;Cultural design excavation is not deep,lack of cultural connotation induction,can not break the barriers between cultural relics;The image homogenization is serious;The visual image lacks artistry.Therefore,the design application research of this paper will try to solve the problems at the present stage of derivative design,and provide a new research idea for the design of cultural derivatives of Zeng Hou Yi tomb.
