As one of the intangible cultural heritages of Hebei Province,Fengning Manchu traditional wood art has received corresponding attention.However,the common usage rate and circulation rate of its related products in the current market are not high,leading to the development and inheritance of wood art culture being blocked.First,the product form is single and the scope of application is limited.Second,its general recognition is low,mainly concentrated in the region.According to the characteristics of Fengning Manchu traditional culture and wood art,the creative design is carried out with the flower ware as the carrier,to create intangible cultural heritage products full of ethnic characteristics,improve their recognition,and find a new way for the development of wood art.First of all,the current situation of wood art products and flower ware was sorted out to clarify the existing problems.Starting from the bearing content of flower ware and the creation of an artistic atmosphere,the research focus was determined to combine wood art with regional folk culture using creating an environment.Secondly,through literature reading and other ways to summarize the design methods of creating an environment,and from the realization of inheritance methods to divide the two ways of creating an environment,to provide the direction for the subsequent creation of flower artistic conception;A questionnaire survey and factor analysis were used to obtain users’ perceptual intention in the background of the Manchu region and to locate users’ artistic conception preferences.Then,through the clustering analysis method,the garment embroidery patterns were classified and summarized,and the representative characteristic patterns of the modeling subject and constituent elements were obtained respectively.The semantic difference scale method(SD method)was used to analyze perceptual intention elements preference,establish the correlation between design elements and user sensibility,extract pattern elements and translate them as the focus of artistic conception construction and cultural inheritance.The influence elements of the environmental design of the type,the form of flower arrangement,and the characteristics of wood were analyzed respectively,which together with the pattern elements constituted the design constraints.Then,by summarizing and sublimating the orientation of users’ artistic conception preferences into three themes of "ethereal","vigorous" and "Kuangmiao",solid wood flower ware product design with different artistic conception atmospheres is carried out from two kinds of creating paths of "perceptual intention" and "characteristic form" respectively.Finally,the TOPSIS method is used to make a comprehensive evaluation of the product design scheme,and three groups of optimal wood flower design schemes are selected in line with the artistic conception.Through the cross and fusion of perceptual artistic conception needs and rational design elements,the flower ware is designed using creating an environment,which effectively combines the folk culture and wood art culture of the Fengning Manchu region,enriching the form of wood art products and the inheritance way of wood art culture,expands the range of application of products,and meets the high aesthetic emotional needs of modern people.To some extent,it provides a new idea for promoting the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage.
