| In the context of the new era,employees pursue individual freedom and self-worth with the rapid economic development and the improvement of people’s material life and mental realm.The traditional performance appraisal method can not play an incentive role,which lead to the decline of employees’ internal drive and the loss of work passion in enterprises.It has a serious impact on society,enterprise and personal development.Therefore,how to arouse employees’ work enthusiasm and find the path to realize career calling is an urgent problem for scholars and enterprises.Based on the Job demand-resource model,this study takes 403 employees in Shandong,Fujian and other places as the research sample,and adopts The Organizational Trust Atmosphere Scale,Team Psychological Safety Scale,Career Calling Scale and Future Work Self Clarity Scale to evaluate the correlation between organizational trust atmosphere,psychological safety,career calling and future work self clarity.Based on the research results,this study draws the following conclusions:(1)Organizational trust climate has a significant positive predictive effect on career calling;(2)Team psychological safety plays a mediating role in the impact of organizational trust climate on career calling;(3))Future work self-clarity can positively moderate the impact of organizational trust climate on team psychological security.This study not only enriches the research on the influencing factors of occupational calling from a multi-level perspective,but also provides a new theoretical perspective for the realization path of occupational calling.Not only that,this study also provides some guidance and suggestions for the management practice of Chinese enterprises.The paper concludes with a discussion of the shortcomings of this study and an outlook for future research. |
