| Different from the general filial piety stories,the study of the filial piety stories of the stepmother focuses on the conflict between the stepmother,the son of his ex-wife and her husband.The selected textual materials are mainly typical stories from the pre-Qin period to the pre-Tang period,such as Boqi,Liji,Min Ziqian and Shun Xiang stories.In addition,the author collects the material materials left over from the pre-Tang period to make a systematic analysis and research,summarizes and analyzes the basic elements such as the relevant characters and their role contradictions in this kind of stories,sorts out the main plot,clarifies the obscure issues,and ponders and studies the social background behind the story’s evolution.This article divides into the introduction,the text and the conclusion three parts.The introduction briefly sorts out the research on the story of filial piety,points out the insufficiency and progress space of this paper,introduces the frame structure of this paper,and explains the reason and significance of this paper.The text altogether four chapters.The first chapter focuses on the spread and evolution of the story of Shun Xiang,including the origin of the story of Shun Xiang in the pre-Qin period,the historical development of the story of Shun Xiang in the Han Dynasty and the story of Shun Xiang in the archaeological materials of past dynasties.Based on the archaeological materials and handed down documents,this paper reorganizes the typical stories of filial piety,and reflects and discusses the applicability of cultural concepts and research methods.In addition,because of the change of dynasties,the different forms and details of the same story in the same period and in different regions,different ethnic groups and different cultural backgrounds are worthy of further study.Filial piety images in the Pre-Tang Dynasty gradually developed and eliminated redundancy,while retaining the key plot.Combined with the image of filial piety as a note,we can clearly understand the image content and theme.Before the book "Twenty-four Filial Piety" was formally published,the tomb map engraving was one of the important ways to preserve the filial piety besides the history books.The second chapter follows the research idea of the first chapter,taking Min Ziqian’s filial piety story as the main object of study,and cross-referencing the change of the plot frame in the handed down text and the characteristics of Min Ziqian’s filial piety in the tomb culture.Like stories,Min Ziqian and Shun Shun passed on for a long time.After several changes and details,they became the model of filial piety stories in the early Tang Dynasty and even in the late Tang Dynasty.Stories similar to later generations did not depart from their framework,and details were not so rich.Min Ziqian’s filial piety centered on the key plot of "whipping the reed flower";while the story of Shun Xiang involves more characters,the story is gradually enriched,the content is more complete,the plot is tortuous and fluctuating,and it is highly observable and researchable,and it takes a lot of pen and ink.There is also a tendency of mythologizing the story,which needs special explanations.The third and the fourth chapters are about the later filial piety stories in the Tang Dynasty,including the changes of social structure and the role of women.Literature and art originate from life,are higher than life,and condense all aspects of thought change and times change in social life.Therefore,I hope to study the typical thought response under different times background.In the feudal society,women were oppressed and restricted in many ways,which was certainly needed in the specific period,but more often they were oppressed on the basis of the patriarchal power in the feudal society.This kind of oppression still exists today,and has been hidden in the blood of the Chinese people imperceptibly and deeply.The study of past thoughts is to better deal with the present,face the future,select the essence and discard the dross.The conclusion further summarizes the full text,and reflects on the concepts and methods of the research on the stories and images of filial piety of the late mother. |
