From The Character Image Of "Xiao Dongxi", Glimpse The Humanistic Spirit Contained In The Opera "sunrise"

The opera "Sunrise" was created by the famous composer Jin Xiang in 2015 based on the classic play "Sunrise" by the drama master Cao Yu.After being composed into an opera,it was widely popular with the public due to its colorful musical style and successful musical image.In addition,the success of the opera "Sunrise" lies in its deep humanistic spirit.Therefore,this thesis is intended to explore the humanistic spirit contained in the play.This thesis consists mainly of three parts.The first part is an overview of the opera.Mainly from the three aspects of opera author,script and music,analyzes opera authors,scripts,opera music,etc.And the characters in the play,plot structure,etc.are briefly sorted out,and the structural preparation is made for the specific analysis below.The second part focuses on the character image analysis of the "Xiao Dongxi" of the characters in the play.Starting from the three main vocal segments of the character,the musical language and dramatic characteristics of the singing segments are analyzed in detail.Taking the dramatic image and musical image of the character as the starting point,this thesis explore how the play uses the theatrical language and musical language to shape the character image from these aspects.The third part is the most important part of this article and the part that embodies the core ideas of this article.Mainly through the analysis of the "Xiao Dongxi" character image,further summary,the character reflected in the "Enlightenment" color and"humanistic thought" connotation of the further interpretation.Specifically,the question of "the humanistic spirit contained in the opera "Sunrise" is answered.
