Harmony Color And Performance Interpretation Of Chen Yi’s Piano Work Duoye

Since the 1980 s,Chinese composers have actively explored the combination of western modern composition techniques and Chinese musical elements,creating a series of classic modern Chinese works.Chen Yi was also one of the young representative composers of the "New Wave Music" at that time.The piano solo "Duoye" is her famous work.The fusion of East and West is the most important characteristic of Chen Yi’s music creation.This paper analyzes the style of harmony of "Duoye" from three aspects:harmony material,compound harmony and linear harmony.Based on this,I think deeply how to highlight the harmony style and music characteristics of the works from the aspects of music mood,speed and intensity,pedal and so on.
