Promoting the integrated development of rural industries is an important measure to accelerate the transformation of agricultural development mode and build a modern agricultural industry system.It is also an inevitable requirement for promoting the development of agriculture and rural economy and exploring the road of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.Located in the southwest of Yunnan Province,Shuangjiang County has always taken the tea industry as the leading industry,and as a multi-ethnic autonomous county,the production and life of all ethnic groups are closely related to tea.With the development of The Times and the promotion of policies,Shuangjiang County has grasped its own advantages,integrated the traditional tea industry with the culture of ethnic minorities,and promoted the integration of the development of tea industry and ethnic minority industry.Drive the development of agricultural economy,promote farmers to increase income and get rich.However,it is worth discussing to what extent the traditional tea industry and national culture industry are integrated and what problems exist.Based on the research at home and abroad,this paper takes the tea industry and ethnic culture industry in Shuangjiang County as the research object,through the form of literature research,field investigation and empirical analysis.The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of the paper.;The second part defines the concepts involved and briefly introduces several main theories used in the paper;The third part introduces the basic situation of Shuangjiang tea industry and national culture industry;The fourth part introduces the basis and environment of the integration of tea industry and national cultural industry in Shuangjiang County;the fifth part introduces the new business forms produced by the integration of tea industry and national cultural industry in Shuangjiang County and the empirical analysis of the integration level;The sixth part is an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the integration of tea industry and ethnic culture industry in Shuangjiang County,from which it is found that the level of industrial integration is related to market demand,industrial development subjects,economic environment,human resources,social and cultural environment;The seventh part is the analysis of the problems existing in the integration of tea industry and national culture industry in Shuangjiang County;The eighth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the integration of tea industry and national cultural industry from four aspects: giving play to the leading role of the government,strengthening the mode of industrial.The last part is the summary and prospect of the research.Combining factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis,this paper found that the integration of the tea industry and the national culture industry in Shuangjiang County was at a medium level,in three aspects of industrial integration basis,industrial integration drive and industrial integration resource utilization.The main factors that affect the integration of tea industry and national cultural industry are product quality and characteristic advantages;The main factors that affect the integration of tea industry and national cultural industry are product quality and characteristic advantages;product target market positioning;merchant pursuit of the maximum economic interests;the guidance of leading enterprise cooperatives;professional and technical personnel,management personnel;local economic strength and capital investment;local minority culture atmosphere,the perfection of minority cultural facilities;and local characteristic minority tea culture.It shows that in the integration of tea industry and national culture industry,not only the efforts of industry development subjects,but also the support of external forces are needed.On the one hand,it provides certain ideas for promoting the integrated development of Shuangjiang tea industry and national culture industry.On the other hand,it also provides reference for the integrated development of tea industry in other regions.
