Research On The Design Of Virtual Learning Community Based On Empathy Theory

my country’s online education is developing rapidly,and there is considerable room for future development.However,no matter how extensive and rich the content of online education courses is,putting learning into action is the most critical step.With the iterative update of mobile Internet technology,people rely more and more on mobile phones,and it is easy to concentrate on learning.be scattered.Aiming at the current research status of virtual learning community,the author tries to use empathy theory as a basis,use empathy design method to obtain the potential needs of users,and improve the existing virtual learning community,not only to help users achieve efficient learning more effectively,but also to integrate Social elements to reduce user learning loneliness.The author first conducts desktop research on relevant theories,and then uses the empathy design method to obtain user models and usage requirements,and further improves the virtual learning community program,draws user experience maps and interaction design frameworks.Then conduct user testing based on empathy theory,summarize the obtained data,build a virtual learning community interaction prototype based on empathy theory,and design tools for the virtual learning community on this basis to determine the design style of the virtual learning community,Complete community high-fidelity page design and other practices.This article aims to use the empathy design method to provide theoretical guidance for the virtual learning community.After obtaining the user emotional experience design based on the empathy theory,we will conduct multi-dimensional thinking and research,effectively improve the user experience and learning efficiency,and better let While learning and socializing virtually,users create a healthy and good social networking environment.
