| Latin dance is a unique sport,it is based on "music,dance,competitive sports",both physical fitness and edify the dual role.Latin dance,with its unique external expression and fast-paced dance steps,is deeply loved by primary and middle school students.In recent years,due to the improvement of living standards and material conditions,people are more and more concerned about the physical problems of primary and secondary school students,but the physical health status of Chinese primary and secondary school students is declining,the intake of nutrients is relatively large,but little physical exercise for the current period of the vast majority of students have problems.In order to improve the physical health of primary and secondary school students,we should take various forms of active and interesting sports in school and social practice activities to attract more and more children into sports activities.Latin dance has been deeply favored by people of all ages since it was introduced into China.Through studying the influence of Latin dance on the physical health of primary school students,it can contribute to promoting the physical decline of Chinese students and promoting the popularity and dissemination of Latin dance.In this paper,we used very classic literature,experimental method,logical analysis and other relevant methods,we carried out a randomized experiment on 120 male and female students in Shulin No.1 Primary School in Xishan District of Kunming City,and divided them into experimental group and control group.Before and after the experiment,this paper combined the "National Students’ Physical Health Standards" to conduct a scientific and rigorous level test around the experimental objects,and conducted an in-depth exploration of the results before and after the experiment,and obtained the following results:(1)In terms of body form and technology,proper Latin dance practice will not directly affect the height and BMI of children aged 6-12 years old,because they are in the stage of growth and development,height and weight are influenced by many factors,so Latin dance cannot scientifically and effectively control these aspects accurately.(2)In terms of physical function,Latin dance practice can significantly improve the vital capacity of primary and secondary school students,and the improvement of level 2 is the most significant.Moreover,persistent Latin dance practice can also effectively enhance the cardiopulmonary function,so as to achieve the purpose of improving physical function.(3)In terms of physical quality,Latin dance training can significantly improve students’ 50-meter running speed,and enhance their upper and lower limbs explosive power and sensitivity.Especially for level 3 students,this kind of training effect is most significant.After long practice,we can improve the flexibility and ability of the body,especially for level 2 children.For example,increasing the number of times a minute you jump rope will help improve your upper and lower body balance.In addition,Latin dance can effectively improve the ability of waist and abdomen,and the performance of one-minute sit-ups can also be significantly enhanced.Through practicing Latin dance for a long time,we found that the students of Level 3 have improved their ability in 50*8 round trip running,which helps to build up their endurance and speed. |
