Research On Wu Changshuo's Inscriptions On Bronze And Stone Inscription

As one of the most famous artists in modern China,Wu Changshuo has achieved great achievements in poetry,calligraphy,painting,and printing.His calligraphy is the most diligent and vigorous in "Shi Gu Wen";In his claim to be the highest artistic achievement in seal cutting,it is also a powerful and magnificent technique;In painting,the technique of seal strokes is added to the painting,and the flowers and other contents painted are old,vigorous and powerful;His poetry and prose,often in the form of poems inscribed with paintings,have repeatedly emphasized the brushwork and momentum in the poems inscribed with paintings,and have mentioned in the poem that "the old man and I cannot die without one being able to compose poems or enjoy the sounds of nature." This is enough to show that Wu Changshuo has a high evaluation of his poetry and prose.Wu Changshuo devoted his whole life to the study of epigraphy,and the inscriptions and postscripts are the most authentic reflection of the learning process and thoughts.Therefore,this article sets the research object as Wu Changshuo’s epigraphy and postscripts,sorts out his epigraphy and postscripts,and abstracts and summarizes his artistic thoughts.
